No.. nothing wrong with my grasp of English. Significant shareholder means 3%. RNS says clear as mud that he BECAME a significant holder already back in June last year. An awkward RNS trying to get over the fact that this was not reported when it should have been and probably some knuckle rapping by BOD of why it was not ... like the RNS November. This is NOT new info.. This is OLD (unknown yes but OLD) info that can't be relied on without knowing the last time he bought shares.

3 percent in June means that last year June he already held 2136000 approx being 3 % as a minimum He has only bought additional . 6 % since. Being in his position this latest disclosure and late (in breach of RULES) is cloaked in secrecy. Look back at November when company announced significant shareholder.. you get name plus number of shares plus date of purchase plus price paid for shares.. This END today made my mind for me .. currently staying out ... GLTA

Morning all. Why are we being told this NOW. He became a significant shareholder right months ago. He bought more shares since .. WHEN... Before the Sinophi farce..after..last Christmas... Reporting should be accurate .. never seen a report this vague. We know the totals .. We don't know the dates or if the shares were pre or post sinophi exit OR at what price was paid And when. That's with the drop... By giving back the 250K in full says it all.. We can't deliver so can't win in court As we are behind our targets. It's not at RNS from a position of strength.

We all choose our entry points and our exits For me - I bought in today at 0.1975 - on logic that it is at placing price - that anyone with £1million is not a complete idiot, and that at placing has to be worth 20% over next week or so. So placed a sell order for my purchase at 0.22. Is it worth more - no in my opinion - and the company stinks But there is still money in trash If this drops to .17 though will bail and take loss on today strade GLTA Its only money

In last RNS.. States clear as mud that BOD aware of bed for capital and clear that placing on the go. This nameless contract that has cost investors MILLIONS seems to need to be investigated by financial ombudsmen .. as it would now appear that BOD put brakes on rise by suspending .. to try and escape embarrassment as company clearly needing money and losing money and placing already being planned. Sorry for those who failed to take more of the many warnings by many .. and who have listened to unsubstantiated rampers.
