A company comes to AIM to have access to raise money via issue of shares. If fundraising to raise capital .. and they then use capital to pay bills ... WHAT is the difference instead of they save cost of admin of a placing and cut out middleman and issue shares directly. Shares were issued at over 10p. It's all good and when news lands will fly.

Shares were issued above 10p. Whether had issued shares directly to debtor to pay debt or issues shares to markey to raise money to pay debt.. same difference. Point is shares were issued over 10p per share. Further is she would have flipped shares then would not have holdings RNS. All good at current SP

I don't know your average .. you don't know my average Equally we don't know each others holdings. We don't know how much was owed in exchange for shares. We ALSO don't know if it when the shares will be sold. We DO know that the MM can lower or raise SP on what MM believe the market might THINK what is happening ( whether happening or not) But we DO know that a RED dot is due on Crete and as such this will spike. Whoever accepted payment of their services in shares - did so after consideration of facts. Question: Do you think that they know more than you and I (YES) Question: Do you think that they would want to give away a percentage of what was owed to them - NO Question - If shares then issued ABOVE 10 - do you think that they would take shares if they believed that they could not sell them for a profit (At lease above the 10.5 ish they were issued at - NO No brainer - NEws incoming - share will spike - my sell orders staggered at 13 / 15 and 17 will trigger -- and we move on Question of LONG term not so sure.
