Hedgehog, difficult to say as there are a lot of moving parts and until we get bridging data and news of the licensing, that would be in itself company making news and numbers attributed to these deal(s) we are pulling numbers from the air.
Given the BOD and track record I’d say based on our lowly mc of £18 million that with the right news and successful trials we could easily become a penny share over the next 3 months and then push on to 1.6p(Broker target) in 2026. Beyond that it could if the plan is executed in full 5p, 10p and even multiples of that.
The USA listing will be key for me as UK markets simply don’t value these small biotech warriors fairly.
Overview
1. SVN-001 — for severe Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD).
2. SVN-002 — an esketamine formulation (sublingual/buccal) plus therapy, for moderate-to-severe AUD.
3. SVN-SDN-14 — novel small molecules targeting serotonin, dopamine, noradrenaline systems, in preclinical stage for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
• In addition, Solvonis has a CNS compound library (inherited through its acquisition of Awakn) and is using an AI-supported drug discovery platform to find new small-molecule therapeutics for various neuropsychiatric disorders.
• They recently got a U.S. patent allowed on a class of morpholine-based CNS compounds from that library, protecting them for many years.
Acquisition / Corporate Strategy
• In May 2025, Solvonis completed the acquisition of Awakn Life Sciences.
• This was a major move: it expanded their R&D pipeline significantly, especially in addiction and mental health therapy (Awakn had expertise in psychedelic / NMDA-targeted therapies).
• They’re running a Phase 3 trial for SVN-001 in the UK, co-funded by UK public institutions (MRC, NIHR) plus Solvonis.
• Their development model is described as capital-efficient, meaning they aim to drive value through both late-stage clinical assets and early-stage discovery.
Financing / Financials
• In October 2025, Solvonis raised £1.25 million to accelerate its R&D across CNS disorders (addiction, psychiatry, neurology).
• In July 2025, they also raised £1.0 million from major shareholders specifically to advance the AI drug discovery program.
• From their half-year report (to June 30, 2025): cash and cash equivalents were £1.72M, net assets ~£6.94M.
IP
• The patent allowance by the U.S. Patent Office covers novel compounds (“bridged ring” morpholine-class) from their CNS library.
• Once granted, that patent will provide exclusivity in the U.S. potentially through 2043.
