("Solvonis" or the "Company")

£1.0 million subscription by major shareholders to accelerate AI drug discovery programme

Solvonis Therapeutics plc (LSE: SVNS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel medicines for addiction and mental health disorders, announces that it has raised gross proceeds of £1.0 million through a direct subscription (the "Subscription") for 333,333,334 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company (the "Subscription Shares") at a price of 0.3 pence per Subscription Share (the "Issue Price"). The Issue Price is approximately a 3.5% premium to the closing price of 0.29 pence per share on 10 July 2025.

The Subscription is being undertaken by three of the Company's largest shareholders, reflecting their continued strong support for Solvonis' strategy and execution.

The company has a phase 3 program with a total cost to us of £800,000 such is the support from the NHS and other partners wanting a solution to a hugely unmet need. We recently had 3 investors buy in at 0.3p for a million quids worth.

The bod’s salaries are less than £30,000 per annum but are holding shares in the company.

If they are successful they will be rewarded and it would be fully deserved.

The company is trying to make a real world difference to help people live better life’s.

That is investable and an honourable one at that, in my book.

People buy and sell shares, that’s called a market.

It’s a risk/reward business. The company has a strong portfolio of products with some of the industries top professionals in there chosen field.

I’d ask you to do some more research with SVNS, it’s still early days in our journey, but nothing the BOD has done to date has raised any red flags to me, the complete opposite in fact.

Exactly dvharrison, they are barely taking a wage, no lifestyle bods here, just focused on delivery.

They have a laser focussed aura about them, and everything they say they are doing/going to be done is being executed in an incredibly astute way, minimising dilution.

The key here is the/our reference to Janssen's Spravato® under the US Food and Drug Administration's (the "FDA") 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway, enabling a potentially accelerated and capital-efficient route to registration.

If it was t linked it would mean a much longer regulatory journey.

It means a faster timeline to delivery.

Basically it’s great management and a significant milestone for Solvonis.

The company are delivering. They are going about their business in a timely, focused manner. I’ve been really pleased with the trajectory since the awaken acquisition and, mega relaxed, having full faith that the calibre of our board give us a fantastic opportunity for success.

I’m on course of holding 10 million shares by end of Q3, my biggest ever investment such is my belief in our BOD & our pipeline.

The market does what the market does, but in the end the true value will materialise.
