Obviously I’m one of the PI’s left holding after yesterdays raise announcement and although I’m bitterly disappointed and well down massively, I’ve got 2 choices, sell at a massive loss and move on, or hold and await news on a commercial deal with one of the 5 prospective commercial partners.

With my glass half full, at least with the liquidity, we’re in a stronger position to negotiate, and at least the BOD have taken a lump of shares or converted loans into shares.

Can’t pretend it’s not where I thought we would be, but also the decks are cleared, and we get to move on hopefully with some positive news and an RNS or 2 adding some much needed positivity to our shareholder base.

Slept well, and woke up grateful that my family are healthy and everything else is not that important really.

The AGM will be standard votes for etc. I’ve already voted for the ability of the company to allot new shares for fundraising.

I don’t think anyone can deny the share price movement has been poor, but the company divested the loss making part of the business and has a clear vision for future travel.

The m/c is tiny reflecting the current company performance but also that means that any new deals and commercial partnership announcements will see an uplift in share price.

Risky but potentially rewarding investing profile and that’s why I’m here.

Still wouldn’t say no to an intraday RNS today though ;)

Sell if you want but I’m holding and looking forward to see how this minow progresses with there needed patented IP.
