Putting myself in the client's shoes, it's not really possible to know whether the emergency situation will still be present in 6-12 months, so I'm not sure any potential customers would factor the current spikes into their modelling.

The reverberations of this conflict and the upto now controlled assault on oil infrastructure in the middle east will have impact years down the line....so they know exactly that high prices will be more of a constant for longer....the more this conflict goes on and more infrastructure in KSA, Kuwait and Qatar continues.

I thought that was one of the selling points of our fuel....the price differential between HFO and MSAR...and here we are...major price spikes...and due to procrastination and oversight on both counter parties...here we are , a crises that should be a company maker and we STILL have no infrastructure in place to take advantage of it....even Morrocco would have been in a good position here if we we were on track with that project....

The problem here is this....i posted a few days ago that competition at bunkering hubs is very competitive which is also driving up prices...If we had our toe in the water with a facility up and Running at Atwerp and one other...we would be flying by now.BUT NO....ALWAYS 3 STEPS BEHIND WIRLD EVENTS

Not the oil price thats really important.to us ...its the Bunker prices which seemed to have detached from oil prices...HFO in Rotterdam is $767 and VLSFO is $772....in Singapore HFO is $1073....the perfect storm and QED are still trailing behind the curve
