I moan and whinge because i look at the situation and judge what I feel is or is not happening, and I WAS RIGHT, NOTHING WAS HAPPENING, despite the verbiage from my detractors.

After watching the AGM, i sense a new sense of purpose, from Peter, he's the man we needed 3 years ago, Jason should never have been made CEO, his role is always technical and that's what he's gone back to.

But I'm willing to give Peter till the end of Q1 to make his mark...i suggest trying a different strategy.

Turn off till the end of January or end of Q1 and lets see what happens..

If nothing by end of Q1 then i'll have a moan and a whinge....but give the guy a chance to turn it around FFS.

Now that MSC have given a good idea of the expected volumes they are likey to require...maybe the delay in the Nouryon announcement is to factor this in to the new contract as well as any other expected contracts going forward wrt other projects such as the South Americas...maybe the previous contracts were too vague

I really can't see how Moeve ( Cepsa) is not involved in talks with QED and MSC...

Amazing really, when you have a full grasp of the cimplexities....now your mind doesn't have to fill in the gaps with erroneous information.

The key blocker for me is Refineries....which is why i am hoping that Moeve( Cepsa) is still in the frame...basically because they know the potential....even though Peter Mentioned East med, it makes absolute sense that its Cepsa....for MSC and OCP and with their glycerine supply from Huevla it makes sense....but who knows what's going on .....only time will tell.

Maybe in the technicalities of recruiting, but the conversation had to be had with JM and AM that we need somebody who fits the role of CEO with experoence in the shipping industry.....Pretty sure AM And Vicky didn't just go ahead without JM on board.

If JM and AM recognised deficiencies in their skill sets , then absolutely, they don't have the skills to negiotiate with shipping companies....but Peter , Linda and Tony do...

But JM has the skill set of negiotiating with Refineries which Peter doesn't hence the sharp learning curve he implied...

Hopefully now, the right people are in the right places...to get things moving quickly...or quicker than they have previously.

I think Peter is going to be more than an annoying kid , i think he is passionate and .....Assertive in his negotiating ....with his knowledge and respect in the industry i think rather than fluffy language from AM and JM....Peter will get to the heart of the negotiation and pressure for comittment .

He said something which struck me....that after a meeting, time would elapse so that what was agreed or spoke about would be clouded or forgotten and they'd have to start over....so keeping up pressure and momentum is key.

I don't think AM or JM are capable of this at all...too placid...

Peter is our best chance at success, if they hadnt brought him on board this would flouder for years.

So i'm hoping that by Half yearly results in March, we will be in a much better position and hopefully these projects will start to acclerate quickly.....

It makes sense for it to be Peter, Linda and Tony.

For Refineries, Peter, Jason and Chris..

However... there's a big difference between active progress - which I believe is happening currently - and RNSable milestones, which I don't believe will happen before the end of the year. That absolutely doesn't mean nothing is happening or will happen, just that it won't cross the point of requiring an RNS.

After watching the AGM IMC, i fully agree with this statement....

I never intended or wanted to get into any kibd of argument Maddog, I just felt something wasn't right in what was being told and wanted the ability to express it freely....what it boils down to is factual concrete information which we now have , but didnt't before and that's what our opinions are based on.

So lets draw a line under the arguments, i offer an apology if it got out of hand and hopefully the discussion from now on can be based on factual information which refreshingly we are now being provided with.

Well I've just watched the AGM, and when i said i hoped that Peter Borup had hit the ground sprinting, that's exactly what he's done. He has identified the short comings and rolled up his sleeves and is sorting it out.

His explanation of the compexities of this trial is exactly what we all needed to hear...and I now fully understand whats involved and why its taking so long.....this is exactly the opposite to the Fluffy Fairytales from JM and AM.

I agree that if Peter had joined 3 years ago, we would be in the fast lane by now.

So yes, more patience required, so lets see where we are by half yearly results..

All year we've been told that progress has been made and this RNS smashes all that to pieces.....Morrocco is a dead project, they know it, we know it......Personally MSC are no different to Maersk ......they love to play around with small companies, knowing that they have no inyention of using the product...Looking back the signs were there as soon as Borup came in....Looking for other shipping companies to come in....insinuated that MSC had put on the Brakes.

I really do hope that those who attend the AGM lambast these clowns....

Im not buying they were informed by MSC that this was the case ....MSC are not going to say ...yes its by the end of this month....then no its nxt month for a full year....i think there has been a lot of BS flung...just as M7ch as bekieving we are waiting on the OEM guving approval for the kiln.....while at the same time helping us to find other opportunities in which....probably we"d be waitung again on their approval
