I think the delay was due to Cargill not having the correct licence to bunker....bottom line from January 1st 2026 Mass flow meter compliance was brought into force, i don't think Cargill had that type of licence, but BTB do

One thing you are convieniently omitting Stockchump, is WE DONT HAVE A REFINERY ON BOARD,only a terminal, and even if we get Cepsa it would take 6-9 months to install, bevause the configuration might have changed....thats just for Cepsa, who we have dealt with, never mind a fresh refinery...which could take upto a year.

If PB wanted to adhere to under reporting and over performing, January shouldn't have been mentioned at all...it just set people up for disappointment and obviously traders to sell off....should have just said end of Q1....

No news nxt week sn88, from my recollection it was an aim to sign by end of Jan, it was never set in concrete....so im expecting nothing....but i will still be disappointed.

One thing i've noticed with posts from 46G, he comes and posts somerhing vague and ambiguous , a major dicussion takes place around his posts and the price seems to drop as a result...while he disappears into the aether again....coincidence, possibly, noticed it a few times though.

But once again we'll be in the dark till the nxt RNS, but i'm still giving them till end of Q1, but....im getting those nagging doubts agaun if im honest...still we'll see
