I have brought into here all round 500k shares as new investor from my usual scientific/biotech holdings. Just how high does this forecast to go. Appreciate this is an open ended ambiguous question but some evidence based factual objective information would be welcome

I for one will be holding through this period, being out is too risky. Unilateral upwards spike will come whether that’s tomorrow or in the preceding few months. Too much upside potential

The RNS makes it clear the deals that have already been struck and the 9 or so awaiting fruition. The BOD have already shown there ability to agree competitive deals with big pharma so make no mistake this team know how to execute with the undisputed tech they have. This SP has so much growth potential from 1p -4p -9p+ looking at the historical charting.

There is still strong exposure by association. We also have new partnerships yet to be announced, author42 is just the beginning of a few they have decided to cultivate. As with many other shares we have seen a unilateral rise and then retrace back making us all impatient and nervous. The fundamentals remain the same as when they first co- partnered and whilst sentiment maybe sketchy with some investors for now it is imperative to exercise patience, tolerance and dedication

This is only shooting up in a unilateral direction on the next RNS.

New patent filings imminent subsequent to a partnership deal

I prescribe in all the above areas and to have access to a NON IMMUNOSUPPRESSANT alternative in the future formularly is a big deal all on the back of the new findings at the start of the year. I imagine the scientists are tweaking the p140 peptides in the lab to see how the different disease states respond.

Forgot all about the antiinfectives (BioAMb/BioCIN):

Anti fungal and anti bacterials which are also in pre clinical trials. These are just tweaking existing drugs currently used to increase efficacy. Clinical trials for these should be fairly swift and streamlined as we already have clinical trial data for existing use.

Exercise logic astute investors and that should tell you this share has genuine potential. The timeline however is anyone’s guess

I must admit I am also partial to Vegas party, Bacardi and Diet Coke, and hitting the fine clubs when time permits. The rest of the time is diagnosing patients in surgery as a prescribing clinician, lecturing at university for undergrad/postgrad students, running a multi million pound portfolio business and donating/ fundraising for local charities.

Only been in AIM for a year ish so still waiting for my big payout and seriously believe this is the one

Hi yes I am in those as well as GENF, APTA, GDR. Some of them more of a wait and watch approach with a few 100k shares , however with a share like SVNS, into the multi millions to reap some bigger rewards. The bigger the reward the more % I can then donate to charity

Happy to be in this share with the number of asserts and near term big Pharma partnerships around the corner. Dealing with the end users of the targeted patient population as a prescribing clinician I can clearly see the real term benefits of there compounds.

Out of all my holdings my statistical confidence level is the highest on this one for the rise and bang for buck

As a pharmacist prescriber in general practice and lecturer myself it is great to cherry pick shares with the best of scientific talent in UK with real commercial potential while at the same time improving earlier diagnosis and patient care. As a specialist interest in early cancer diagnosis primary care professionals like myself need this technology to aid consultations for diagnosis and screening. OBD, FAB fusion antibodies, SVNS are my backers.

Patience is key which I have in abundance for this share. All of my other similar scientific shares/biotech are now bearing fruition and rising as expected. I stand by my evidence based research. When this climbs back it will hit double figures.

It is good to be reminded this morning of the diverse parts we have to optimal to supplement the market cap. In my sheer excitement and focus on optimal I forget to focus on the other parts the business has to offer such as:

near term royalties due from previous manufacturing of successful antibodies to clinical trials

Antibody humanization (CDRx®)

Affinity maturation (RAMP®)

Protein engineering

Discovery (mouse hybridoma and rabbit B cell approaches)

Protein production – CHO and other mammalian systems

Cell Line Development – cGMP ready mammalian cell lines (up to 8 g/L)

DR5 RESEARCH - THIS NEEDS A WHOLE NEW COMPANY TO ITSELF

New exposure to veterinary medicine

New government grants on top of existing grants

New phd students funded who bring in new ideas, energy and acumen to the team

This has been a sleeping lion for too long nobody can stop it now. Big Pharma is a matter of when not if they put there offers forward

Make the wise move astute investors to get in before the upwards spike. The bottom is set in and the only way now is up. Miss it miss out and buy it a higher price with fewer shares

Nobody on this group knows the refined MOA they have spent discovering for the last few years to act as an adjunct to the original findings. You can carry on bashing Tim who is the face of IM but let’s not forget the wonderful scientific team working in the background, we don’t know what the new findings are simply because of patent filing before being made available to the wider public.

Loaded up heavy here and waiting everyday with excitement and anxiety of when that RNS hits. Has anyone contacted J.A et al to get any clues of where it is at the moment

It seems more people have come across this share and are now paying attention. After all sentiment is an important factor as any in determining the direction of a share. Fortunately in FAB we can also back it up with the fundamentals and technical aspects as well. This is the first small part in a very big upward trajectory journey

Please revert to the video which presents the scientific methodology in my last post. I haven’t been swayed by Tim’s words but by the underlying science itself. P140 will have a place in treating some autoimmune diseases such as lupus/rheumatoid arthritis/ thyroid disorders/Sjorgens syndrome/ psoriasis to name a few.

New pre clinical studies this year which build on a knowledge bank spanning 10 years plus is because the scientists have utmost faith in the product. It could have been shelved many years ago and they start from scratch to search other novel compounds instead. The reason they have persevered is because p140 has something which makes it unique. Now how that is elucidated to make it therapeutically potent and commercially viable is where we stagnate. But it will happen, my scientific take on it, objective not subjective research

Everyone’s disgruntled opinions are warranted here based on historical performance of Tim so of perhaps he could have handled better other parts out of his control. To reiterate again do not base the future expected performance based on the past. Listen to the bullishness in the interviews again from earlier in the earlier it won’t change overnight. Novel findings are novel findings…keep the faith or cash out but risk to reward is huge at these levels.
