I have a question for you.... If we call todays drop day 1 and call it 25% because that is what you said it was earlier and would do so every day until it was zero. So, approximately how many more days will Amigo have to lose 25% every day to be at your prediction of Zero ( let's just say sub 1p for ease) ? Just so we all know when ground zero day is please. However, when claims start getting dealt with again, the FOS should then be harder on false claims and claimants whether it is the claimants or the no win no fee fee firms that represent them.

The reason I say this is ( as Mouse.... ) has just said, Courts will be unlikely to go against a majority of SOA voters ( in my opinion again and not alone it seems ) and the FCA have had ample time to oppose this but have instead sat on their hands and done nothing. Now, when this goes through the Court ( and I think it will ) if the FCA place a huge fine on Amigo, it will be seen as sour grapes that they have lost in Court and would be challenged straight away by Amigo's legal team. So, because they have done nothing up until yesterday, I can see us winning in court and the FCA fine being very reasonable too. Happy days Amigo's ! ..... Just my thoughts peeps. GLA

Well done Vinson. I hope you make 100's of percent gains on your investment, because, firstly, you deserve too for investing that much in what has been until very recently a large gamble ( now, still a gamble but not so much so ), secondly if you make 100's of % gains, so do I . I have enjoyed reading your posts, learning bits and pieces from your insight and hope to continue to do so. Please do not take any notice of jealous idiots, your contribution to this board is welcomed by most .

Just a bit of fun, last summer we had a conversation as to what cars we would buy if Amigo recovered. So, just for a bit of light hearted fun, what would you buy? Back then, i said a Range Rover and my opinion has not changed.

That is some buy for a share that could supposedly end up in administration by the end of the week !

Although i do not qualify for his balls of steel group ( unless someone wants to lend me a couple of hundred grand for a few weeks , that is if i could buy now anyway ) i hope he will be back posting here soon. I have found his posts positive and for certain, he is an asset to this board in my opinion. I have no problem if he makes millions out of this, best of luck to him because, if he is making, then so am I and so should everyone else be. Sorry if this has been covered, have been working lots last few days.

If it helps your or anyone else research, you need to go back before Christmas, that is when GJ stated that without an SOA Amigo just would not be able to pay all of the claims that they were receiving. Sorry, can't be more specific than that as have to go to work and don't have time to look for it, but that is when it was said.

pumpky ... I agree, the BOD couldn't give a monkies ! They are ok. AT THE MOMENT ! However, this cannot keep going for ever, lots of people are losing lots of money and are bound to be very concerned by the silence. Sometime, silence is deafening !

yesterdays pattern is followed, we will get another RNS today. Off to bed, let it develop, feels a lot better than the way sub 10p days LT holders doesn't it!
