Left hand side are buy orders / prices , Right hand side are sell orders / prices ........... Blindinvestors link clearly shows that amount on the right hand side being a sell order. Another little clue for you, why would the sell prices be lower than the buy prices? They wouldn't ! Therefore, the prices on the right are what people hope to obtain for their shares and on the left the lower price is what tight gits want to pay for them ! ;-) ....... Hope that helps.

Jonno ...... as i stated in a post during the night last night, my opinion is GJ ( Amigo ) asked for the suspension to be lifted, because they knew if the FCA tried to block that, it would look bad on the FCA and that once lifted, the share price would fall. I predicted 50% maybe more, it did that and rose back again to circa 15p. I think this was a positive move, as there is no point being sat on shares that were suspended at 23.5p, when everyone knows they are worth less. By dropping the share price ( by market force, not any illegal moves ), GJ has effectively shown the Judge that the figures the FCA were using about MCAP and 200% share price rise were wrong! Let's hope the Judge is still deliberating and has taken note of todays SP fall. I think he will have, at least, i bl@@dy well hope he has. Judges are not judges for no reason, they are clever people, far cleverer than the average one of us ! We have to trust the Judge, it is the FCA i now have absolutely no trust in and no respect for !

and that is without going down the cost of an overdraft these days route !

TF .... So, if you were going to lend someone 10k who had say 250,000 in assets, because they had " money ", you would charge them a higher rate than someone who could not secure the debt / borrowing ? I think even an idiot could see where you would be going wrong !

Wish i had a crystal ball ! Anyway, off to bed, got to travel the M25 or A406 tonight ... see how the mood takes me !

BigShaggyBaws .... it is those that bothered to vote that should count, not those who did not. Many of those not voting are on loans 15 years ago and probably have no interest. If you down the road of everyone has to vote even if they spoil their paper, then basically you will have to do that for General Elections and have huge fines to make sure people do. It is just not the way democracy or democratic votes work !

Has turned the table on the FCA. If as ihalliwell10 thinks and the FCA block the lifting of the suspension, the Judge will see them for what they are doing, just being obstructive , if the suspension is lifted, the share price will in all probability plummet 50% maybe a little more. Either way, this may, just may, help the Judge make a decision to approve the SOA. I say well played GJ, time will tell. GLA.

Sorry if this has already been said but maybe the Judge wants proof of the volatility and fragility of the share price? Sorry am at work and too many posts to read all.

Agreed Mouse. We can all see what the FCA has done, i too hope the Judge can. However, i have braced myself to lose my money here, for i fear that is what is about to happen. I fear he ( the Judge ) will go against what he sees as Amigo backing him into a corner by stating it is SOA or administration, because Amigo's Lawyer never made it clear why that was the options ( June 25th looming large ) !
