Jonno ...... as i stated in a post during the night last night, my opinion is GJ ( Amigo ) asked for the suspension to be lifted, because they knew if the FCA tried to block that, it would look bad on the FCA and that once lifted, the share price would fall. I predicted 50% maybe more, it did that and rose back again to circa 15p. I think this was a positive move, as there is no point being sat on shares that were suspended at 23.5p, when everyone knows they are worth less. By dropping the share price ( by market force, not any illegal moves ), GJ has effectively shown the Judge that the figures the FCA were using about MCAP and 200% share price rise were wrong! Let's hope the Judge is still deliberating and has taken note of todays SP fall. I think he will have, at least, i bl@@dy well hope he has. Judges are not judges for no reason, they are clever people, far cleverer than the average one of us ! We have to trust the Judge, it is the FCA i now have absolutely no trust in and no respect for !
