As long as there is nothing underhand going on, i am more comfortable going into the court hearing with the SP in the low 20s rather than in the 30s. It will give less ammunition for those who wish too have a go at Gary and the BoD share incentive. Personally, if they turn this around and save the company, i feel they will have saved those yet to claim claimants getting nothing, made the shareholders a few quid and saved a company from bankruptcy, thus enabling it to lend to people of lower incomes and poor credit histories in the future. When you look at an overdraft facility @ circa 40%, it would not take too much to offer a product to match that and still make money.

Mark@1973 ... Yep, i remember JB putting a value of £1.05 on it, and as it stands value wise with a reduced book 75 pence a share sounds reasonable. However, my thinking is, that JB's figure was in the midst of all of the chaos, so realistically, any offer below what you have stated as a possible value would be an insult in my opinion. I do not think we will have to wait too long after the court case to find out one way or the other anyway. If this goes through he court, this will go up rapidly, it is just how far irt goes and they will want to act before it goes too far if that is their intention. I like you, do not believe in coincidences ! Not like this anyway. I will be happy to be proved wrong.

I am confident in my own research on this, I am also very confident of the BoD and their ability to turn this ship around and make it once again a very profitable company. A company that in maybe 4 or 5 years could have an SP of hopefully 7 or 8x where we are now. What i do not want, it to have that opportunity snatched away from me by multi-million pound organisations ! I have been in here a year next month, have seen this drop to sub 5p, gone to bed at night wondering if i had just lost 10s of thousands, questioning if i had done the right thing even though deep down i was sure i had, sure it would survive. I did not go through all of that **** last summer with JB selling 1% a day to see it snatched away just as it is about to rise from the mire !

Vinson, hoping that you are still reading this board, may i make an appeal to you please? Would you please consider getting involved on this board again? I am starting to get a nastly little feeling that piddling you off and getting you off of public forums might be in the interest of somebody who was getting a little nervous with your insight that was being posted. Being rude to you and upsetting you was their aim in order to stop you posting. At this point, they have succeeded . Maybe this is a fantasist type theory, but i am not so sure. Anyway, I and I am sure many, many on here would like to hear your take on this takeover theory amongst other subjects both for the fact of your obvious experience and knowledge and the fact that you are a major shareholder. Unfortunately i do not qualify for your balls of steel group but trust me, if i had the cash i would. HH ... Do you think those incentive targets may have been set low as GJ knew there would need to be some negotiation and has left wriggle room to raise them ? Similarly with the percentages being put into the scheme, they may have been set a little low with the feeling they may get negotiated upwards. I have to say, i like GJ, he seems on the ball, he has put together what looks to be a decent team and i trust him that he is right on top of the game in what he is doing.

there is not always a buyer. However, where there is a sale, there has to be buyer. So, looking at the mass of red, which it does not look numerically to be being balanced by blue. So, do you agree that is does look as if there is an order being filled? I seem to remember similar several times last summer ( Mark will remember, his memory is far better than mine). We saw it when JB was dumping his 4.75M shares a day for weeks on end.

LTL .. Agreed. I started the thread this week about a car that someone was on about whales and harpoons earlier amongst other things. I would still buy a Rangey, i will still buy one whatever happens, just not so quickly and i am still working 60 hours a week as i was last summer and the summer before that and that and that etc, etc. I invested my money in shares to help make some money for an easier life, maybe an earlier retirement, so i also get piddled right off with people with agendas. Why do they not concentrate on the ones who have lied on applications, lied on claim forms, lied to the FOS or the claim management companies knowingly pushing false claims ? Because there is nothing in it for them, that is why ! They are trying to drop the price, spread fear, make people nervous. They are no better than those who made false claims in my opinion. Low lifes !

because, if it shows one of the big boys eg; JPM increasing their holding, this will go straight to high 20's or above. However, if it shows one of them reducing their holding, this may tumble again. With the equivalent to 22.6% of the companies shares being traded today, someone major or more has either topped up or sold some. IMO. Good luck all, not long to go now !
