The more i think about it, the more i am certain this was a game plan of the FCA all along and the more i am certain they want Amigo to fail at all costs and stuff the claimants ! Because as we all know, if Amigo fails, the claimants will get nothing ! Which is a lot less than if the SOA is passed. Unbelievable arrogance ! I too pray the Judge can see what has happened. Fingers crossed eh !

Either still be holding shares, have bought shares or more shares in the last 6 weeks if at the last court case the FCA stated they were going to oppose this scheme full stop ? If the FCA stated they were opposing the scheme in court, the SP would be a lot lower than it is now ! Something which has been used to hit Amigo over the head with today ! I think the FCA knew fully well what they were doing and have sucked investors in with their oh well, if, but, approach at the last hearing. I would have still been in here BUT, i would not have as much as i have now had the SP stayed around the 10p area. My decision, that, i fully accept and i am big enough to live with it BUT, it is sticking in the throat a little at the moment!!!!! Anyway, nowt we can do about it, so we will just have to wait. I would like to add my appreciation to those thanking ISA, well done that person ( you type that quickly i am not going to be presumptuous and say well done that man ! ). Well, after that day, i may just crack open a bottle of wine later, that will be my first drink of alcohol since 27th January. That is the 27th January 2020. Mark@1973 ... I have a theory, dangerous, i know, but it is a theory never the less. JPM, BYBROOK and JB in this together? My memory says JB's sale order was to sell down to zero? Now has just under 3% again?

Franky ..... That is why i have held mine, i never traded as could never be sure when news would drop and price would rise. I did sell some back along as needed cash for something else but have bought back since. Rightly or wrongly, i have nearly the same amount as i held last summer. Really, i ought to walk away for a couple of days and not look to see what is going on as, if it plummets, i probably will not be able to sell until it bottoms out, or if it rises, i don't want to sell. But i dare say inquisitiveness will keep me here and looking now and again. Well, every 10 minutes or so ! ;-).

IK ... Nothing has been said in the last 2 weeks that has not been said before regards to Amigo as a going concern. The SOA came about to stop Amigo going into liquidation, 95% of those who voted, voted for it, at the creditors meeting the FSO voted for the scheme, before the last court hearing the FCA said they did not agree with it but would not oppose it, now they have changed their minds after everyone else has come out in favour of it. I am no lawyer BUT, if the Judge goes against the SOA, there has been something fishy going on that has been kept away from shareholders. Just my opinion. Good luck with what ever you do.
