Typical drop first thing. Becoming so predictable. Just bought another 21k shares and low and behold it shows up on the NEX exchange. Really does seem this share is being manipulated for some reason. Either way will keep holding as good things will come here eventually imo. No point trying to predict the short term movements. Just have to look to the longer term. Newmont don't invest in companies for no reason. Must be someting there and eventually this will be indicated by the sp. Till then it is just a waiting and patience game.

We all have our own strategies, Bhargav. My strategies of late have been very poor i have to admit. Can understand wanting to wait for something positive from OMI. It has been a very testing time here since Newmont got on board and the sp has not responded as i expected to be honest. I have had so much bad luck with aim for well over a year now, that i have just decided to stick with OMI 'come hell or shine' and buy more when i can. I have ultimate faith that things will come good here so i will have decide it is better to be in and not miss out on the re rate that i believe will happen eventually here. This can happen any time so i don't want to miss out this time.

Thanks for your reply Bhargav. Does seem to be a slow burner but a bit of good news could really get things moving here...I will just hold and top up when I can as I believe this will come good in time, hopefully over the coming weeks/months

Sp behaviour very strange. Manipulation definitely in place at the moment imo. Don't think Newmont will walk.. makes no sense after their investment in omi.....just patience and time needed here imo

Agree. A trading day without a post. Just shows how quiet the board has become. I guess all that can be said has been said, people may have lost faith with the way the sp has been surpressed and lack of news from OMI and moved on elsewhere maybe. Sometimes though, when all hope has gone surprises can happen. I do think things will start to happen here as when OMI/Newmont make that decision. I will just keep holding and hope to do a top up in a day or so. Bhargav, I remember you said after going to the AGM, that there was not going to be anything positive, sp wise as such for Christmas. You were definitely right there. Did you still get a sense that positive things will happen here in time though from your time at the AGM?

Seems the best way at the moment imo...just keep accumulating at these very low levels whilst the sp is being surpressed. Things will change for the better eventually here....no point trying to buy when news lands as the sp is likely to move up very fast and many will miss out imo

Really expected more sooner with Newmont on board....i reckon the lack of news from Omi is causing many to lose faith and sell up. Also MMs are well versed here at screwing investors over. It really is just a matter of time here but eventually big news will come imo. Just have to accept time scales are longer than first expected....will hold and buy more as and possible

Am now going to focus soley on Omi and just wait for it to come good. Have lost so much over the last year or so jumping from share to share and my timing has been unbelievably bad over that time. Omi has been a slow burner since Newmont came on board but I believe our time will come here soon. Just hold and wait and top up when possible is my mantra now

Got my fingers burnt at GGP yet again. Think i wont bother there again. Far more upside here once news kicks in. Just bought another 33k here and the sp moved up. Will just stick here with this slow burner and just wait for things to turn around. A bit of good news should see a big move up in the sp imo.

Great results and sp gets screwed over. Will probably shoot back up but the way the sp gets manipulated just demonstrates what a corrupt market aim is

Really hope this has a positive sustained effect on the sp here tomorrow. This very lacklustre sp has been dragging on for way too long. Very frustrating and demoralising seeing the sp constantly being surpressed here. Hoping for something positive here after such a protracted rubbish sp performance since Newmont got involved here

I guess the fact that drilling news could come any time could catch many out so best to stay invested imo and just wait patiently.....getting ever closer though.

Any idea when drilling is likely to start Mr P. ? Seems this will be the catalyst for the sp to finally start moving up big time. Must be soon imo. With the gold price on a strong upwards trend, it does seem things are coming together other thhn the sp at present

Low volume. MMs using this to their advantage and drop the price on fairly small sells and create a big spread. Seems this tactic has been dragging on for ages. Sp completely detached from what OMI have. I guess the longer the wait, the bigger the rewards. Drilling news must be due soon and i guess that is when the sp will finally wake up and move up big time. Need massive patience here but eventually big rewards will come to us long suffering holders

done a small top up for 19.5k shares, trade shows under nex exchange. Been along time at these lows. Must be any time soon for a big move up finally imo

Yes agree, unbelievable sp since Newmont got on board here. Just seems the sp has been constantly held back for ages. Makes no sense to me whatsoever. Manuipulation is definitely happening here by bigger fish imo. They have their own agenda. On the flip side, seems i got out of GGP at completely the wrong time. Missed out on a big rise there and am close to 50% down here. Would have been in a much better financial position by staying put there...hindsight is a wonderful thing!!!!. Have bought a few GGP recently to try and ride the wave there but believe that much bigger things are due with OMI very soon. Just have to wait it out and eventually our turn will come with some big moves in the sp here imo.

trade price the same so cant be a rollover?. Looks like 2 x 9 million buys. Would explain the supression of the sp today. Anyone clarify?

Have come to that conclusion myself as well. A re rate will happen soon imo and that's why i will stay in and just wait. I do believe a re rate will happen over the coming weeks and months as drilling gets under way but i always seem to get the timing wrong so my strategy is now to just wait for things to fall in place. Frustrating as it is to see the sp as this ridicuolous level, at least that way i wont miss the inevitable re rate which could come any time and catch many out that are not already in.

Agree. Sounds very upbeat and would expect the sp to respond positively to such news. Just cannot understand the constant surpression of the sp despite so many positves here. The present sp makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever and just highlights how aim shares get manipulated so easily despite so much positive news. Biggar players are pulling the string here imo. Still holding as i believe this will come good big time but timing is anyone's guess.
