Well did not see that coming and after so much good news...have to say feel deflated and well pi@@ed to see the placing RNS....still think this will come good as the products seem very good but obviously not happy....do feel very let down as this has come out of the blue after the AGM. Good RNS in the morning then suckered with the placing RNS.....Will continue to hold as this will be much higher in due course though.

Agree Valju, however it does seem many directors on aim can get away with screwing over the majority....sad and very unfair on those affected. Maybe karma will catch up with them in due course....Either way Val is a different beast now it would seem from just a few months ago and those that hold will be well rewarded imo with so many positives now in play

What i meant was, was any action taken by Valrix over the 2 ousted directors...sadly i have been in many aim shares that have had dodgy directors and it does seem to be part of the thing with many aim companies. I have only bought in recently since the departure of the previous directors and was not affected by the murky dealings of the previous directors. I have to say that Val now seems one of the most transparent and honest aim companies now. Great things have been achieved recently and much more is to come from the present BOD which now seems much more open and upfront with shareholders and indeed on a mission to make Val a big success for all

All standard stuff and obviously positive and as expected all resoluions passed, so onwards to the next stage. Hopefully another RNS with a deal of some sort very soon. One thing i still don't fully understand is that the 2 previously ousted directors that caused so much frustration etc, was any legal action taken against them as it seems they were up to no good and where screwing over everyone for their own greed aparantly?

I do think the MMs are struggling to get shares so are playing all the tricks they know to restrict buying and accumulating shares whilst they can. Way too many positives to come and so the sp will move up in a big way going forward. Not many shares in circulation so there is big upwards pressure on the sp. Best to hold as much bigger rewards are coming imo, and as i said before if we get some news about another product or deal, the sp will rocket upwards very quickly

M & G reduced their holding to below 5% as indicated by an RNS a while ago now. I'm fairly sure they are now out of the picture as such. Just a waiting game for news to drop about a funding deal, been taking some time it seems but news must be close imo. A whiff of good news should see the sp rocket upwards very quickly imo

indeed more big news due very soon imo following the AGM. Things have been moving in a very positive way and the RNS today highlights this clearly. Momentum is building up and all signs imo suggest some unexpected big news very soon. The sp won't be at these, still, very low levels for much longer imo

Agree, everything is set out clearly and also expect some other news about a new product etc, things are being set in place for this so we could get some suprprises whilst we await big news about the other products in the pipeline. All good for the sp going forward

Another really great concise and very positive RNS. It clearly shows how things are progressing in the right way, with cost cutting also highlighted. Things are really coming into place in a big way with Val now and just shows the big transformation from what the company was just a few months ago. All looking very good for a maga sp going forward. A rare share with big things to come very soon

I guess it must be the same person as the share amount is the same and took a loss of around £2.5k in less than a day...possibly someone trying to jump in on a possible big rise but got their timing wrong? just shows how quick the sp can move. Just need confirmation of funding and the sp will rocket.

Usual profit taking so early drop, however with so much big news to come the sp is likley to move up much higher and quickly imo...bought more today as i really believe Val has all the right ingrediants now. Short term profit taking is all good and well but many will miss out on the much bigger gains going forward. More news can drop anytime imo and catch many out. Best to accumulate for much bigger rewards imo

Interesting observation from a poster on advfn regarding the update from FJet is that it was updated at 3pm today...which means the UK market was still open and the sp for FJet was not affected....If this update was deemed sufficiently bad news then surely the sp would have fallen. So maybe something else is going on in the background?

It shows that on their webite but it is good to get confirmation from them via message as well.....seems they are gearing up to re start opeations and the RNS yesterday would support that things are in place for a resumption of flights, all looking good imo for FJet....

Yeah could be, relatively low volume today and with quiet days the sp tends to drop and that tends to happen to many shares....the quiet before the storm maybe?

That would be nice...been a very slow day with the price, i think many expected fireworks today and may have sold out however the rns yesterday seems like the initial step to a much better rns relating to a deal with Solenta imo....news could pop up any time and boost the sp in a big way. That time is getting ever closer. If that news drops then it may be very difficult to buy in initially so better to be in now imo

Simply certain posters have an agenda and will always post negatives, they just take up unnecessary space on the board. Best to ingnore and not to reply to them or just filter....makes a cleaner better board

Agree. FJet has been priced to go bust and with all the uncertainty the sp naturally gets pushed right down to a very low level. The RNS clearly shows the longstanding dealings with Solenta with a vast array of figures to indicate this....the rns just adds to the weight that Solenta will supprot FJet going forward

The snippet above from today's RNS also shows maintenance work is still going on, which is a positive, and is due to finish end of July....just in time for FJet to resume flights from 1st August.....the jigsaw pieces are fitting together nicely it would seem...

Agree, strange to release an RNS detailing historical info in great detail, something going on in the background obviously with Solenta looks very likely so just adds weight to a deal ongoing with Solenta....all good imo

The rns shows Solenta are very much involved with Fjet and have been for several years...this indicates a deal will be agreed soon with Solenta imo so as to keep Fjet running as a viable business....very positive imo

i see breakfree is going into overdrive to spread doubt...clearly he has an agenda..not to be trusted in the slightest.., just like JT who has now vanished....FJet is priced to go bust imo but the positives outweigh the negatives imo and the government need FJet to survive to help with tourism as lockdown eases in Zimbabwe...it is a waiting game i agree but the rewards are massive here imo so i'll wait it out and ignore the noise from the derampers
