Most of us woukd take a 50p takeover right now. I don't blame the Chariot management team solely but the fact remains that the current share price is awful. Timing is off here, a sale would be best. Just not the right market to raise funding and go it alone or even partner up in my opinion.

Had it confirmed via Investor Relations that Chariot continues to work with Soc Gen on funding options.

Waiting for news. Reported the posts on ADVFN to the company. Cast iron libel case if they are lying which I strongly suspect they are. Keyboard warriors thinking they can't be tracked. Latest one claims the company is a ponzi scheme.

Based on that logic why would anyone buy any shares in any company at all. If all shares are worth what the market says then there would be no opportunity and no fund management industry. There are posters saying TEK is worth more than the current 18p because if you break the assets down and do a sum of parts there is much more value than the current market cap. And that is why they are buying now.

I bought some Chrysalis yesterday which is tech heavy and now up nearly 10% already.
Yesterday's RNS here outlined the ambition of the company versus current market cap and that has attracted buyers here imo.

Looks like those who topped up today caught the bottom

Not a fan of their customer service but think it is a good time to buy. Holding 75k cash currently and looking to drip feed it into a diversified range of holdings over the next 12 months. Wizz is on the list. For me the main attraction is the regular customer base, most of the customers use Wizz regularly to visit family back in their home countries. I don't believe tourism and stag do parties dressed as Subbuteo men ( yes I have seen this and admired the effort made) make up the bulk of turnover.

It's a good read. If you trust what you read then it's top up time.
