I don't think we are missing anything. Purely down to some people holding 100% cash in what they regards as a risk off market. I am like that to some extent with my SIPP but still holding a large Chariot stake on my Isa and trading account. 60p and I would be happy but I don't rule out 100p plus of the pieces of the jigsaw fall into place in quick succession.

Yeah I thought it was a naughty comment from a poster who seems quite bitter towards Chariot due to the historic Larry management era.

Reckon a placing is coming and some know about it. A real lesson here that a good product still needs good management to go anywhere!

Looking pretty awful here. People were saying 3000p but now it is below 2000p.

I think people are impatient personally. I favour a takeover and can see it happening with Germany in particular needing to secure new routes to gas.

I'm not saying I haven't traded in and out of TEK myself at times. I just don't misuse the boards to pump my position. Work and CGT also make some short term trading difficult for me personally. Eg if I sell I cannot buy back in a certain time frame or if I buy I have to hold for a certain time frame. So what's your breakdown of the NAV if you think TEK is overvalued?

According to my research 23p approx of the current share price is accounted for by the current valuations of BELL and Lucyd. That's taking into account the drop in Innovative Eyewear's share price which I expect to reverse once the 45 day warrant option period expires. Guident did a private placing at a pre money valuation of $18m adding a further approx 10p to TEK. So that's 33p, despite the drop in Lucyd and it doesn't include Microsalt which is in my opinion the most promising high potential holding TEK have. If you have spare capital, now is a buying opportunity imo. I am sure the presentation will touch on the NAV and future prospects in detail.

Eyesofblue - My lack of respect for you is purely because you were caught out posting a strong buy rec 13 times in 24 hours before selling just 2 hours after the 13th. You're dishonest and pumping the boards to suit your agenda. Don't try and take the moral high ground. You should probably close your account and start a new one as your credibility is shot to pieces.

Need a decent day today. Drop in the last 2 sessions has been quite brutal. Wizz Air will probably get a fine but not a huge one. Focus should be sorting out their customer service and maintaining the routes they have. Then profits should follow.

Not surprised by this at all. Hungary looked after its people when the Swiss Francs mortgage debacle happened. They do not like their people being treated badly. I did say I had first hand experience of how disgraceful Wizz Air have dealt with cancellations and do everything to avoid paying up!

For those who may think I am being abusive whilst proclaiming their honesty -

Since yesterday Eyesofblue has posted 13 strong buy messages on TEK (including 2 at 7.57am and 7.58am today!) . He then announces his sales this later morning.

It's a shame message boards getting abused like this.

Yeah good idea barney peter. Why don't we all post strong buy at 8am and then announce our sells a couple of hours later. You guys are so upstanding and honest. LOL.

I don't think a budget airlne could ever be exceptional. Try flying Virgin Atlantic and compare to them. However you should expect the flight to take off when it should and to have proper communication if there are issues. Wizz Air will be paying 400 EUR for each passenger, for every cancelled flight. Hence the huge share price drop as they have some hefty bills to pay.

Remember there are hundreds of people on each flight. So that's alot of disgruntled customers that you are dismissive of.

From here there is upside in the share price but I would still never fly with them again. I would rather pay extra and use a premium airline. I suspect many think the same after their negative experiences this summer with Wizz Air.

Thanks for worrying about the size of my trade. I am very honest. It's 20k, looking to skim 10% over 30 days.

Mrlong - I have experienced first hand the poor service from this company. Cancelled flights on more than one occasion - once when we on the runway. 3 hour delay on another occasion. For the cancelled flights each time I specifically requested a cash refund, you even have to fill out the BICS code and IBAN number. Each time the morons issued a credit to my account instead. They make it very hard to get your money back, charge £1.50 a minute for the telephone hotline and take over 30 days to respond to complaints. I stand by my immoral and terrible comment. I will never use them again. I am here to skim money off via a trade and nothing else.

Just from all the posts below, some tongue in cheek (mine included, I don't actually own a baseball bat) it's clear news is needed and holders are becoming fed up. The freebie options are unnecessary at this time. They could have issued further down the line once strategic objectives had been accomplished. Unless a quick takeover is on the cards I wonder.

I will bring a baseball bat on the 8th September. Hopefully I don't need to use it.
