Definitely feels like you need to have your target holding in place now. Any sort of volume and and the chance to buy big in single digits will be gone.

Even finish by COB, clearly some dau traders here but most don't want to get caught out and miss a 7am rerate RNS. Firmly believe we would be over 50p without Putin .

Let's hope this isn't retail punters getting pulled into paying for a placing. Institutional investors will want in that way imo. Iffy though welcome rise on the small volume.

I think there has been good value and less risk to be had in recent months with larger stocks like Wizz Air, Games Workshop and Jupiter to name a few. Funding is my only worry here. Directors should say if they are funded for 2023.

China reopening is very good news here. AT did say it made it very hard to speak to Chinese parties when you could not travel there.

Not buying any more until TEK confirm funding plans for 2023. Hopefully BELL is down because they sold some rather than dilute shareholders.

Placing news leaked? Not good at all if so.

If you read down the chain you would realise it was not directed at you. This company will need to raise again. They didn't raise what they said they needed in the RNS. CEO is still on 258k as well. He is hiding and not taking a pay cut which would be the correct thing to do given he has seen the sp go from 400p plus to 1p.

Read the RNS you d head.

Do we actually think they would do a placing in the short term at this share price? Placing would be 12p from here...

The problem is many probably have TEK on their watch list and want to buy but let's be honest they have done some appalling placings in the past. Who wants to buy and then get whammed with one of them. My advice to TEK would be never mind the little good news snippets, clarify the funding position for the next 12 months. Buys will come steaming in if they say no need to raise.

They absolutely do NOT have a 1 billion order book. They are bidding into a market worth that. I could invent a soft drink today and say my potential market is 10 billion plus. What TWD has is the most incompetent and dishonest management team on AIM. October 2022 they say they have 3.99m coming in from an advance order. December 2022 they do a placing at 1p when the share price was over 10p saying they will go just without it. The CEO is STILL paying himself over 250k a year!!!

They should make an example of the institutions. What they have done destroys all confidence in the market. However the same can be said of TWD too. The CEO continues to take his inflated salary.

Keep any eye on this one and thought the same. You could write it another way -

Lost money 3 years in a row and revenue is down. Is that a business? Not sure how they can say the turnaround is taking shape.
