The management need to be forced out here. Clifford should be in the retirement home. He hasn't got the ability to run a listed company and never has. They have tried to ramp the share price up in recent weeks with lots of RNS snippets. In my opinion they cannot be trusted. Every time the share price rises they raise money. There is no shareholder value being built like that. Some of the companies in the portfolio look very promising but this awful management is holding TEK back. Get them out. Call an EGM and vote Clifford out.

Good article and his sum of parts valuation is conservative as it doesn't factor in the 20m valuation for Microsalt he mentions (based on the last fundraising). He puts down 7m as that was the figure from the last set of accounts instead.

Chinese or Fortescue look likely to take on ZIOC. Technical analysis and trends are irrelevant to a small AIM stock with fairly low volume. All about the asset and the sp value which will be unlocked on any bid or even small scale production.

AT said Glencore had deals put to them which in hindsight perhaps could have been taken. They obviously have those contacts to revisit. China has reopened too if any of those contacts are based there...

Someone is accumulating as others said yesterday. What price a deal? That's the million dollar question. I don't have the knowledge to predict but if it listed at 156p with not huge dilution since, half that could be considered conservative?

Sometimes think people have their whole life savings in this. Shares go up and down. Bad day across most shares. Be amazed if this is still the share price in 6 months time. Buy and hold.
