Hi Beardozer, yeah still holding and have actually topped up 3 times this week. Can't deny I was livid with the RNS and the sp drop seems very harsh indeed. A deal on ZIOC would really put me in a position to help my family live a better life so alot riding on it. We have a holiday home abroad and the dream is to buy one more for income and live a split lifestyle between there and here. Emotions were high on Monday! I have faith in AT and the team after his responses to me. I think there is alot going on in the background that we are not privy too. They don't even name the Chinese company in the RNS, they haven't made a big deal about the AD Port news etc. If anyone can accumulate 500,000 shares here, then I think you have a bloody good chance of realising £250k at least. Based on that I will hold and keep topping up when I can.

I think the AD Port news is being forgotten somewhat. That's a crucial clog unlocked. The share price is not factoring that in.

We all went this sold ASAP and I share the frustration. Still confident a deal will be done this year.

I can understand your view Plumbs. There is a real disconnect between Zanaga being the 5th largest iron ore mine in the world with high grade material and the current market cap. 10 years of not much news has caused that. I would not be crying at 50p but it is worth in the pounds easily. As someone already said this is the time to build your holding.

On a similar note I thought the comment about arranging terms for staff who have waived pay could be a telling signal. If something comes out about them taking shares it could indicate a deal is close. They will do that before Zanaga gets a strategic partner or full buyout offer.

Jiving - I said the same. A bit more explanation helps alot! You expect some pullback after such a rise but not 50% down. I bought another 125k shares in 3 lots since it happened but that's it for now I think.

So looking like a cash shell reverse takeover here imo. Someone will effectively buy the listing, change the company name and start something new to avoid the usual red tape in listing on AIM.

But not for the share price. I would like to buy some at these levels but not totally sure as I would want to see 15p short term to justify the outlay.

I sent a message expressing frustration about endless studies to Zioc. Got this back. I don't know if it is all a bluff to extract a Middle East offer like MM thinks or if China are the number 1 option for both Zioc and RoC. If so why is Nguesso in the Middle East so much recently. I have confused myself and have no idea...

The work is NOT being duplicated, this is an entirely new set of work being done by a Chinese contractor who actually BUILDS iron ore mining and slurry pipelines. Not like the old work which was an evaluation done by a technical consultant who puts together studies on mine costs using only western suppliers of services.

The Chinese group is going to get pricing from Chinese construction sub-contractors for the work and believe they will be able to build it for much less than our previous estimates.

We’ll also now have a Chinese cost build up in the Chinese language which we can share with potential Chinese investors!

It was only a very brief exchange regarding the funding option taken in response to a message I sent. It wasn't a long conversation I'm afraid though I did suggest an interview or article with the likes of Proactive Investors or Shares Magazine may be beneficial.

I spoke to AT very briefly. He is claiming it isn't death spiral finance as that is where the number of shares is unknown in exchange for a fixed amount of capital. Zanaga avoid that option apparently. In this instance we know the number of shares. I have made it clear I am not very happy with the progress and lack of detail. All we can do is hope for the best now I guess.

So do you think anything happens before Q4? Is the China technical report a red herring and the Middle East come in and take Zanaga before? Was yesterday just letting mates in on the cheap and they know they don't need to issue all the shares? Or are the ZIOC management tunnel focused on China and nowhere near a deal? Should we be building our holding or telling the wife to get used to shopping in primark and driving a Kia....
