Please pay attention - I have been repeatedly posting the date when the SBR will reach the polyhalite seam -
Friday April 15th 2021

The bonds will be secured on all the assets of the Company. That's not just the holes in the ground - it's the rights to mine the polyhalite for 70 years and all the sales agreements. These and the unfinished mine could IMO be easily be sold for $500m.
The shareholders would of course be wiped out before that happened :(

In last week's video CF is talking about 4m a day progress for the SBR and the question has been asked -is this realistic?
It seems to me that an SBR is a pretty rare and exotic animal. BHP were really experimenting when they used SBRs on kilometre deep shafts at the Jansen site. With all the info gleaned from Jansen and several years of technological advances. it seems to me that progress at Woodsmith could easily be well above the 4m/day ( until the aquifer is reached)
Similarly with the MTS - is it unreasonable to expect the machines on drives 2 and 3 to be tweaked so as to perform better than drive 1?

glad to see your spuds have benefited from Poly4 . We have an elderly apple tree that has been pretty moribund and fruitless for the last 2 or 3 years - this Spring an application the Boulby stuff has made a huge difference - good growth and a fair amount of fruit. Next year I will be trying the effect on a few more things :)

This is an incredibly positive video - obviously timed to help sell the $500m notes
Looks like my forecast date of Friday April 15th 2021 for First Poly may even be correct:)

So the proceeds will be going into escrow. Would this just be until JPM have unloaded them all or are there likely to be other reasons?

Fred
well put - totally agree with you

What impresses me is the sheer size of the thing . Like everything else connected with this project it's BIG
except the SP :(

All these outgoings were known before I bought any shares. Whether the money was spent wisely or frittered away matters not one IOTA - it was just a cost of getting planning approval.

last Thursday you posted "20p can't be far away"
today you say "we are due a fall soon"
What's changed over the weekend?

The missing factor in your calculations is that the rules relating to SIPP's can and do change over the years - at the moment you can take out what you want, but this has not always been the case

You've been away too long - the Passport Office moved years ago - the area is now infested with people from the justice department :)
The pub and the beer are still much as they were in 1970 :)

where else?
Just remembered - it's 21 years ago this week that I drank enough in the Buckingham Arms that I agreed to organize a trip to Albania :)
It was my last work day before retiring ......

Just to keep on topic - 18p next week???

They are also doing a field trip to the Buckingham Arms - much more convenient for some people:)
