They are really confident about the future of our AmISP , Digismart .

There are many references to how being an AMISP now, could really change our win rate in the future and increase it form the present day level of 25% ! Very connnfident.

Who do you think is behind the 60 / 70 million meter opportunity that Digismart will be chasing ? REC !

Interesting discussion at this Salzer earnings call on 29th Mat 24 - so only a few weeks ago.

Page 5 onwards - interesting reasons for the long period before deployment awards are made...

"Deployment is low at this moment is not because of the resistance from the general public, but

it's because of the issues that we because the MSPs have today, because of supply of metered,

integrating the meters with software and ensuring that the service levels are at 99% plus because

if the meter doesn't work, when we come on bill -- so I think people are still testing and ensuring

that things are working fine before they go at full speed for market implementation."

"We expect this the RDS scheme alone gives an opportunity of 25 crores meter in the

country. And then we have opportunities to export to the Middle East, the Far East, as well as

the African market. So there are markets outside of India. Even if we consider this 25 crores"

I agree with you that INC are not in the Zoetic / Chill league as far as bad business practice go - but the business model is very similar in the sense when you start to do the number crunching of X outlets each month selling Y amounts of units - the numbers just escalate amazingly.

INC will be paid on delivery ( not on sale) which will really accelerate their revenue if the units sell as anticipated.

I was just highlighting the frenzy that Zoetic experienced a few years ago and the hype of course , compared to INC that seems to only now be coming out of the shade. GL Vas

Does anyone have any views on how high this share could go before September / |Oct , when hopefully revenues will begin to flow.

I ask this because there was a company called Zoetic which had a similar business model (to sell CBD , no nicotine cigarettes in USA) , who won a very large distribution deal across USA with something like 10,000 retail outlets, followed by another 90,000 outlets. The share price went from approx. 20p ( originally 2p) to over £1 in a year on hype and the amazing revenues that COULD be made, and long before the company sold any units of cigarettes..........they failed and eventually only sold via 500 outlets as ran out of money as they had to advertise, promote , educate staff / product themselves ....but the point being the sp hit £1 on the possible massive opportunity alone and then reversed back to 2p once it became known the company could not pull it off ................ In Incanthera's case the opportunity is just as large and the main costs are being taken on by the distributor.

Funny this happens to some company's and not others.

Who is the Pratt now! 15 months later and suspended for the two original owners having their hands in the till.....and you defended and trusted these guys!

My limited understanding is that Cyan can now work with both RF and Cellular meters, and i think its something to do with the Head End System ( HES) now being able to work with either....so Cyan will no provide any cellular services themselves, but can work with other cellular company services...to provide RF , cellular or both , as required.

As an AMISP i do not know, but I assume there must be large savings / increased profits / room to offer a more competitive price / costing in a tender if supplying the RF direct to customer.

Wasn't it Airtel that won a twenty million meter contract for a cellular solution in India, was it with IntelliSmart!...but its highly likely they are going to need RF , RF and cellular solution for a significant percentage of meters - so to get the the SLAs . Gl Vas

Its interesting. UniBiz bought Sigfox for around $25 m a year or two ago. They have managed to improve the technology.

This contract comes off the back of this, i think.

ESYASOFT , it seems were placed at the Sirius International Holding Stand. Sirius International Holding, based in Abu Dhabi, is a subsidiary of IHC !

And as we know Adani Energy Solutions Formed a JV With IHC-Backed Esyasoft To Expedite Rollout Of Smart Meters in December 23.

If nothing else this may tentatively ties Esyasoft, Adani and Cyan in some sort of team.

The Indian elections will soon be digested and history and hopefully business and award news back to normal.
