Thanks for the confirmation old Pro. Sometimes I question myself, as the numbers look so good.

There is a lot of potential news coming our way over the next few months and once the European rollout starts in earnest , and with the Asian rollout potentially starting this year as well then i guess we will be getting news of new orders on a regular basis, increasing in size along with news of new territories maybe.

What is really amazing about this company is not only do we have Europe and Asia market to look forward too, but also rest of world plus the real magic here ( we are informed) is the delivery system being used ! Whats happening here with Skin & Cell can also be applied to probably dozens of other products..each within different sub markets .

The £35 guide used by is the trade price to M. This will grow, £40 has been referred too. Hence my potential revenue of £14 m this financial year if all are delivered by next March, year end 24/25. Which if the manufacturing is on go go, should be achievable.

My understanding from the Sunday Roast interviews with Tim is that M will retail each unit at approx. £100 per unit The cost price to M is £40, with a cost to INC to manufacture of £10 per unit.

Therefore , when Tim states that each sale ( investment by INC of £10 ) brings back into INC a quadruple of revenue (£40) which will be directly invested back into manufacturing more units and this will grow revenue exponentially because as Tim stated M, will take as much stock as INC can afford to manufacture ( hence the £5 & £10 m trade finance deals expected later this year). This is my understanding based on what i have read and heard from Tim, and i would be very happy if someone corrected me - as i wish to understand fully.

Just to add . Tim has been talking about setting up several trade deals for £5 m and £10 m amounts for later this year, to increase production as M will take as much product as INC can manufacture. My guess is that these trade deals will fund the Asian rollout maybe in the autumn . Therefore a £15 m loan facility would fund the production of approx 1.5 million units of Skin and Cell units - with a significant part of the delivery payments falling into this financial year also.

Also, my understanding is that this 250k order today is NOT supplying the Asia rollout but according to Sunday Roast Interview is to support Europe rollout in September 24. We still have an initial starter order to look forward to for Asia , once its declared its been brought forward to later this year.

- so if payment is made on delivery then it now becomes clear how Tim talks about smashing year end targets and introducing a dividend in 2025.

As an aside, the quick payment on delivery by M , speeds up the rollout so INC can re invest revenue back into production, speed up new supply .

I will try and find the remark about how revenue will be paid, but I think this explains why INC are so confident of smashing the £10 m year end forecast as they will have at least £14 m guaranteed on delivery by September, hopefully.

Confirmation of the awaited 250,000 unit order means that INC presently have orders for 350,000 units , which will give revenue to INC of approx £14 million !

I seem to remember on the Sunday Roast Interview it was explained that the payment terms to INC went something like this ... Marionnaud place an order, INC arrange manufacture of order, order is delivered to Marionnaud and payment is made on delivery !!

This means that my understanding is these orders are money in the bank once delivered . The company does not have to wait until product has sold, not do INC. need to wait for a 30 day / 60 day / 90 day payment term before receiving payment.

Can anyone else confirm this is correct . INC has approx £4 million revenue due on delivery of the 100,000 order, followed by £10 million on delivery of todays 250,000 unit order.

Each unit approx £40 revenue to INC. / £10 cost price.

Interesting graphs, especially when you pick out each upwards step in share price, followed by it subsequent period of varying lengths of time in consolidation - before the next upwards lift in share price.... if this is to continue at same pace then next leg up could be shortly , and possibly be around 33-34p.

This may depend entirely on news feed over the next 6-8 weeks until launch but again could also influenced by how many investors wish to be invested, prior to the launch of Skin &Cell in September.

Sorry, i meant to write SOL will also be put on hold until Skin + CELL is properly introduced and producing meaningful income to support SOL and other R&D.

If you go to page 13 form this old Hardman Report it lists the R&D pipeline which my understanding i presently on hold until SOl is launched and producing revenue . I think they wish to continue the R&D in the longer term.

I do not think i have come across a company before that confidently tell its share holders that they will not only make a profit in their first year of trading ( this March 25) but will ensure that a dividend will also be paid out !

If I heard this from most company's on AIM or Aquis then i would take it with a large lump of sugar , but with INC you can actually see the route to market, the near-term possibilities and even more amazing longer term possibilities, you can also do the maths yourself to see how this could be, even in its first year a real performer of a share , one that Aquis will promote .........all that needs to happen is that the product is promoted and sells something like the expectation we have been given and to be honest i cant see a reason for it not too, being a novel and first of its kind - a cosmetic anti skin cancer cream .

I am wondering how far they will go in the promotion of this cream - in adverts, tv, papers, internet etc and promotions and in shop - will it be advertised as the only cream available scientifically proven to reduce / slow down / stop damage from the sun, and skin cancer ! That's quite a tag line ...and sounds like a advertising executives dream . GL all. Vas
