The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Hi Shorteverything
Which interview are u ref to ?
Free trade do not trade all aim shares, so maybe that is the reason why. I think you can request they add them to their tradable list, but not certain.
I sold my ORPH shares on their platform in anticipation of this potentially happening, and bought back via another platform
I have an ISA and a share dealing account with Halifax. All the shares due have gone into my share dealing account ?
I have used up my £20k allowance this year on ORPH, but as the poolbeg shares have nil capital value the ISA shares should go into my ISA I'd have thought.
Anyone else had the ISA shares not credited to their ISA, especially if you only have an ISA account
I have recently noticed a significant drop off on delayed trades appearing ca an hour after the day's trading close, could this be as good as indication as any, that Invesco are not selling at the moment and/or have possibly sold out completely.
Can anyone explain to me if there is any relationship between the distributable reserves fig quoted of ca £39 m and the companies cash balance at the date referenced re £39m....
Re a pot available for cash divs.
Accounting rules mess with my normally sound numeracy skills !
Thanks in advance
Sportstrader the few delayed " sells"shown soon after your post were buys too within the first few mins of opening
My understanding was that a fully booked out 24 bed facility would generate ca £45m income. Consequently Finncaps revenue estimates appear way off the mark, as no other divisional revs accounted for. Have I misunderstood CF's presentational guidance ?
Higher revs would then feed into better bottom line data and eps etc than their current eps of ca 1p.
If I'm not misunderstanding CF what are Finncap playing at ?
It was also quite striking in today's rude health publication how little revs are predicted for the other stocks they cover whose share prices attribute far higher market caps than ORPH.
My second tranche of placing shares arrived today and I didn't sell because I believe this company is creating value..... why else would I have got involved.
BarnetPlonker why do you feel the need to scaremonger ?
I was late home from work, is there a link to the webinar to watch it now ?
Sherlock. Takeaimfire beat me to this response but yes until you provide all the details they require, like broker details they can't send you the shares electronically. I think you could still hold out for a share cert posted to home.
Good luck in the next placing you opt for.
Bronxville I don't know what the limit was, but at such short notice I could only go with what float I had in my current account via my debit card, in reality we in the U.K. only had an hour or so to work out what was going on re RNS at 7am..... and in my case go through registration etc and apply...before the door was closed at ca 8.30 from what I hear.
So I don't envisage many were able to apply for much more than a few £k.
At that time in the morning anyone could have bought in the market at ca 10% more, and probably larger volumes if they had the funds...... which I was struggling for as I went in this week at ca 14p..... and done just as well as price improved.
Yes Sherlock !
Same also ten-bagger, was given full allocation via two tranches.
Roughly one third in firm placing and the rest in the conditional placing (if that element gets AGM approval I presume).
So that looks like all aspects of the placing processed subject to AGM approval.
Happy that despite us retail investors only being offered a small part of the pie, we don't appeared to have been scaled back. Whereas II's were.
First time I used primary bid, quite impressed how easy it was to sort.
Looks like POL have found a good way to get their stake up to 30% of GCM on the cheap @ 11p per share
