I hope your theory about the patent is correct it would explain why it's taken so long to ship products to schurter. All a bit confusing as i have wondered how it would work having identical supercapacitors except for the logo stocked by digikey. Schurter could easily absorb all cpx sales. It's the same old story massive opportunity but we aren't being told anything and in the past they failed to materialise but this time might be different

Maybe that is why tesla settled then all this money and new directors turn up when cpx looked like they were on their knees. Now it's all the relentless bullish comments but other than increasing sales on existing products which in itself is great you think there must be something extra special they have seen. Or are these prizmatic supercapacitors that unique when AVX and many others are producing similar what is it that cpx had to show these investors they are so different

To me it just looks like the directors shares in lieu of salary have been issued and i doubt they have sold as the issue price is much higher than the current sp. Still don't understand the view there is continued selling as they are always bought and how could you buy if there is no selling. If the sp doubled it would be the same so not sure why it's stuck around this level. Maybe someone has an idea but the price moves don't seem to follow any rules

All those comments are very true but how does that explain some of the huge sp rises on other shares on little news, no revenues and definitely the potential of placings. Seems to happen out of the blue and you'd think as hayden says cpx has a little more going for it. If it does prove its financial success what increase in sp would you expect when some of these others have risen +500%

Any idea why the continued depressed sp with all the positive news flow. Even goes down when buying is strong so something unmarket like is occurring

The unexpected delays don't help. Maybe the H1 update will clarify and reassure on Continental revenues and smt readiness for high volume sales. The agm didn't help, Lars and Cooley keep on about a booming market, it needs to translate into big contracts for cpx

Seems very undervalued v potential but sp stuck. Lars & Cooley are so confident. Good H1 results to back it up and new contracts along with maybe getting details of Schurter volumes might do the trick. What else can they do perhaps something out the blue with patents or a boost from market excitement when people talk about £1billion valued skeleton

I agree they could easily push the price up 30 or 40% but it's like they are controlled by the mafia setting the price at what they want. Could easily cause a stampede here if the wanted but do what the big boys want

Will have schurter logo & the full backing of schurter is enough difference. Customers more likely to place large contracts with a supplier of schurters size and financial standing. Their existing customer base is huge opening far more opportunities than cpx could achieve alone.

Couldn't agree more regarding the qed comparison but every placing share having to be sold before this can move up. Doesn't make sense with the likes of schurter and cooley on board but we've not had other holdings notices so maybe

I wish I knew and then out of the blue it will rise a huge % and still none the wiser. Can't really explain what is going on here other than that there has been a massive volume of trades and nothing too spectacular in sp movement. What does anyone think will cause the sp to rise because even when buys outnumber sells it still goes down

Reading between vr and wynds posts it looks like there has been significant buy orders placed at low prices that the mm's have been able to fill by lowering the price which has one way or another created sufficient sellers to fill those orders. Even if that is not what you meant it makes sense. I'm trying to figure how this method can facilitate a 300% daily rise and then in some cases continued daily rises to massively overinflated valuations. Can only be from a stampede of buying demand at any price along the upwards trajectory until it runs out of steam. Not just a case of demand exceeding supply but demand at what price

You're probably right but 11m mcap doesn't seem that aligned to all the enthusiasm. All we can hope for is that cpx is chosen to be the next ridiculously over inflated crazy valuation that randomly occurs then all the derampers mysteriously turn up like some obsessed lunatics. It's looking like it is being primed for some action so expecting some wild movement soon.

A very positive trading update, market launch of schurter supercapacitors in 40 variants and tax rebate this month what will cpx be worth as all these predictions are still peanuts but this is AIM so absolutely anything can happen.
