What we need is a solid report on 5th May that gives us some confidence that with the opportunities going forward that revenue generation going forward and as such this will provide confidence into the Market.

EQTEC have made progress with the Italian MDC and also solid partnerships within France. What is holding the company back is the financial position and in particular the share dilution that I think has been C909s main bug bear and to be fair he has a point on this, 9.42B shares is an awful lot.

The decline in the SP is disappointing however I think we need to get from the company the financial impacts and revenues from the Italian MDC and from the other programmes to understand whether this is able to support the business needs over this and future years. Does anyone know when the financials are due to be reported.

In the meantime my strategy is to hold the position in EQT.

I believe that cash flow and debt has certainly contributed to the depressed share price so I apologise to C909 on this.

However I do believe that it is important to understand the revenues generated from the MDC’s and from the projects coming on board to further prove the EQTEC technology. If we can be closer to self funding then we have a way forward towards some form of recovery.

I agree that we need a detailed explanation from the board on how the company intends to use the funds to bring on board Croatia and France as well as showcasing the operational Italian MDC.
I still have a positive outlook and believe that this is one to keep hold of.

I would say that the EQT BoD's are getting alot of things right in terms of moving the company forward.
This is why I for one am excited by the future of EQTEC.

Thank you Swazer for you comments. Although I do believe in technical charts and supply and demand levels I’m not sure that they apply to shares like EQTEC. However unlike C909 there is no malice in your posts and I’m sure they are helpful to people who read these board. As an investor in EQT I was encouraged by yesterdays news and a real positive for the evolution of the company. I believe the rise yesterday was based on the confidence that is associated with this event making its way into the public domain. Obviously on the back of this news buyers will have entered the market, as well as there being day traders taking advantage of the news making the SP fluctuate during the day. I am an investor in companies that I find interest and my eye is particularly interest in companies such as EQT and PHE that will have a positive impact on the planet’s environment. Therefore charts which highlight significant events or market conditions would given them more purpose and context.

For me I tend to use charts on larger organisations such as NASDAQ,DJIA,FTSE100/250 that are less volatile in nature.

Just my opinion going forwards.

Q. Given that the Italian MDC comes on board. Does anyone have a view on the fair value for a company that has proven technology and many projects in the pipeline.

We have to believe that the Italian MDC is operational and news will be with us soon and that this will be the catalyst for growth in the SP and EQTEC mcap.

Keep the faith all genuine holders.

So we stay patient and quiet and have the view that this will bear fruit.

Give the board a chance. Patience needed.
