At the AGM the board were asked why there is little communication but when the board communicate news like this morning it’s regarded as no news. They can’t win.

The board are progressing the company and we have refinancing of Italian and the game changer when we manage to crack the US market.

Keep positive and patient.

If the Italian MDC refinancing and the US drops positive news before year end then I would expect way more than 1p.

C909 and Foxy, Did you get a reply from the FCA after they had investigated your complaints. These are serious allegations. It would be nice to know the whole story.

Excellent post SharedInterest which are exactly my sentiments and why I have continually responded to the negative comments from C909, and alike. I do believe that these have impacted the sp.

I agree with your comments that there are many positives in the pipeline that stem from the Italian MDC going operational. I agree that the UK is in a difficult position but the eurozone France and Croatia and if they get NorthFork over the line and into the public gaze this could be a game-changer.

So the BoD's and the staff at EQTEC are doing stuff behind the scene that will hopefully set the sp back on the right path.

I think that I’m open to the CFO being removed from the board if this is the prime reason why EQTEC hasn’t as it should after positive news.

We certainly don’t want a sinking ship, especially after the progress made with proving the technology in the Italian MDC.

Perhaps we need some clarity on the financial position of the company and any revenues generated from things like the Italian MDC to provide some level of confidence. If as C909 indicates this is down to the CFO stepping up we should debate on this board how we can work together to achieve a positive outcome.

From what I saw from the AGM I believe the board behaved in a professional manner and responded to concerns from shareholders, outlining a strategy towards showcasing the Italian MDC progression and ongoing development wrt Croatia/France MDC. We have subsequently seen positive statements with the Italian MDC becoming operational although I agree that we haven't got a formal position wrt revenues from this. I believe that this is fundamental to the growth of EQTEC and shareholder value.

I do believe that EQTEC need to update the market and ultimately shareholders on the financial benefits of the Italian MDC going live and other revenues so that we are able to show the market that EQTEC has a sustainable business model going forward and as such an increased confidence.

I still believe the right strategy is to stay patient and to perhaps average down. I'm really not interested in the renumeration of the BoD's but the long term future of EQTEC as a business.

C909 back with his pointless drivel just like a bad smell.

The CFO will deliver on the positive message outlined in the AGM.

We need to back the board to deliver the revenues and programmes that will make the markets wake up to what we have as a company for the future.

Personally I don’t find C909 et als posts mildly assuming but sad and I’ve found boring for some time. I do hope that if the BoDs read this board that they take legal action against the like.

I believe that we have an opportunity here and although it is difficult for some we need to sit back and be patient for the news flow over the next few months and that we back EQTEC as a business so everyone reaps rewards.

I can see now why some of you are upset with an average of 0.83 sounds like its mis-management on the part of the investor and nothing to do with the BoD's.

Personally, 0.83p would be great as a starter and enable a top-slice to get a free ride with EQT towards the multi-billion pound company that was stated by the CFO.

Hh77, I'd say that your best chance of break even though is to back the board.

It’s not about being ignorant to some of the failings of the board but it’s also recognising some of the progress that has been made, a balanced view so that EQTEC can grow over the coming years.

The negativity towards the BoDs does grate with me and I believe is contributing to the stagnation of the SP. By all means provide your opinions but these have been said many times and so it’s time to look forward and not backwards.

There should be a positive in getting the Italian MDC operational as a technology that works and has a place globally. I for one still believe in the investment made in EQTEC and that the strategy communicated in the AGM will have a positive reward. Call this rose tinted spectacles but this is my honest opinion.

foxy et al stop ****ging the board and get behind them because your attitude is achieving nothing positive. if the staff at eqt get the projects over the line and show the technology to new markets that has a positive impact on the sp then it’s a win-win in my book.
