I will be basing my forward thinking based on the facts that were laid out in the AGM last week.

The CFO stated that it was his view that the company was undervalued and that there was an anticipation from the board that the company would be profitable within the next 1-2 years.

With the Italian MDC becoming operational, this is a huge milestone for future growth and refinancing the project will certainly help wrt this. Also coming up will be the other European (France/Croatia/Ireland) projects and I am particular interested in the markets that might be opened up in the US and around the world.

Although this is potentially a long-term hold it is my view with some of the things talked about at the AGM could be a catalyst for a short term break-out of the stock to a more realistic valuation,once the market wakes up.

To achieve a successful future then I believe that it is important that we back the board and the work that they are doing- and to have a positive confident attitude.

Coupled with the fact that they don’t understand the overall market and that the hydrogen economy has had a downturn over the past 2-3 years which has had an effect on companies like PHE, CWR, ITM ETQ etc.

So keep with the positivity and stick with our BoDs.

I can’t help but think that the BoD knew this news before the AGM but they didn’t divulge so that they could answer the ludicrous criticisms from posters C909,VH and no news buckle (ridiculous post). As I said yesterday the AGM was nothing far from a positive message from start to finish and So well done to the board.

Well done to all who have held their nerve and have kept belief in EQTEC’s future.

As I’ve maintained stay patient and positive for the future.

Hopefully I won’t have to write another post like this.

What a useless post Buckle. I was impressed with the board and their strategy going forward. Feeling confident.

Absolutely right and I hope investors see the work that is being done by the 27 direct employees including the BoDs. IMHO EQTEC have a solid future and I for one will continue to believe in the strategy that has been communicated at the AGM.

I certainly haven’t been sucked in. I’m investing in a technology and a company for the future. Look at Amazon in the late 90s when the doctor bubble burst perhaps there was the same message being made by shareholders that had lost 80% of its value. Longer term where is that investment today.

Looking forward to the AGM next week and glad to be holding for the future.

We have made progress with the Italian MDC (although it’s not quite overt he line), but these things are complex. EQT is a week away from the AGM we will hear more nuggets of news. So have you lost your minds, you clearly don’t have any patience. So let’s wait and see what the AGM holds and the answers to some of the issues raised by us shareholders. Goodness sake.

PS Thought that C909 had exited right from our board. Hmmm maybe he’s the Charleton.

This is commendable but it must be said that if everything said is negativity then this is not a balanced view and therefore it comes across extremely badly.

I believe that the BoDs have questions to answer and they have the opportunity at the upcoming AGM. We therefore should sit patiently and then we can take a view as to the long term prospects for what should be a company that has a future.

What isn’t needed is, the CEO is incompetent or sack the board. This isn’t going to protect any investment made and is an extremely BAD message. I would say more incompetent than the actions of our board.

Enough said.

As a long term shareholder I am extremely excited about the technology and the long term prospects for EQTEC as a company. However elsewhere there does seem some negativity and this has impacted the share price, although the challenges of the past few years are recognised.

Could you give some indication of the Italy MDC commissioning and how this milestone is being taken by the largest G7 economies, especially USA, UK, Europe and Far East.

Could you provide the BoD’s vision on the income over the next few years and how this will show the market that EQTEC has a sustainable business that will enable it to grow from its current £20M MCAP.

As an investor I remain confident that the strategy from the BoD’s will transform EQTEC into a world class company. However this does need to be communicated in a manner that enables the market to become more positive as we move forward from this highly important AGM.

I am going to raise a question that outlines some of the investor frustrations but some items that are important to understand that EQT has a future going forward.

I do think that if the BoD were asked to resign then this would be extremely negative.

Is Dofmeister suggesting that the salaries are par for an AIM listed company.

I do think that if these salaries are correct then they are quite shocking and something that should be discussed at the AGM. When the projects are all on board then they are justified. So what are they thinking re their remuneration when the company has multi million profits.

NoOneKnows definitely doesn't know that the SP will be in the mid teens.

If it does then happy days the SP will be ripe for a nice Top-Up.

PATIENCE is needed with a company that is making real progress and with a BoD's that are starting to grow in confidence.

Friday is really about showing that EQT and implementing a strategy where it has proven technology that is showing interest across a number of countries ITALY, CROATIA, FRANCE, USA, BRITAIN .....

It would also be nice to see the financial impacts of getting the Italian MDC over the line.

My view is the above will ensure that the markets are starting to build confidence in EQTEC and its ability to move towards profitability and if the above has an impact on the MCAP and ultimately the Share Price.

Yes we will see.

Just block C909 and Visitinghost and you will not hear either's drivel.
The fact is that the results from Friday should provide us with the direction for the coming months.
Simms45 post a few days ago has it in a nutshell and we need to wait and see the real position from the BoD's.
