The SP was 230-260 with a wide bid offer in the recent peak. Why would they get an issue away at "close to 250p". I mentioned earlier 180p was probably the right placement price for the size they are issuing given the SP leading up to it. . Any more than that has been just lazy and poor management. Today we hardly traded at 150p despite the bucket shop Issuance price .

I am a two year holder, invested in 2018 and 2019 with warrants too. Today I admit to selling small this morning but ended up putting another £40k net in this name through the day . I wasn't clear why we were running up so fast to 70p but equally I see no reason to panic sell here at 36p .

May 2019 this share was at 14 with a new raise (1.4 at the time) . Move on to September 2020 it's trading at 52 here. What's not to like about this company unless you just got spiked this morning..

This could have been done at 1.80 ...why the need to discount to 1.20 at bucket shop broker prices? Where's the justification in that?

theyknowitall...not sure why you would want to exercise early. They are February 2022 and June 2023 expiries so given the respective strike prices of 0.3 and 0.15 they are like cheap options. In two to three years silver can explode from here so keeping the warrants makes sense. If you are right I own over 10% of outstanding. I have suspected that some of the last few weeks,' selling has come from this source however. It's good for the company to keep raising more cash like this though.

It's good there are sellers on the way up. There were warrants issued at 0.15 and 0.3 so as some of these are exercised it adds more cash to the company.

TP note target £65mm market cap.

Why would anyone sell 73mm in one go at an off market price and not work smaller pieces mid market? The market was comfortably 13.5/14.5 at the time having traded at 15..Market makers cleaning up..

UKI This year CGT is becoming a real issue with resource and pharma stocks on a tear..good to see the bull market is back though.

Just listened to that TW interview...put £25k in ISA's.

Many of the placement buyers were also in previous placements at 0.15 and 0.08 ( as I was). There’s no reason to suggest we suddenly want to dump our shares. This is a long term silver play and silver hasn’t started its main rally yet. This is only the beginning . Apparently the book was large , filled quickly with scale backs .

Arian Silver may have drawn more people in with the demand for silver...

Rallied hard since the beginning of August from 2p to 4.6p , we had some top slicing and maybe warrant related sales and merger news to deal with . We may go a little lower but I doubt as low as 2p so have added more today in ISA's at 3p . I was a previous owner of Modern Water and Integumen and had sold out my MW a little early so happy to invest in the combined entity.

If all the warrants get exercised from the last two placings, that's another £725,000 raised for the company.

First time buyer of this name today at 211p . Malcolm Stacey of ************* wrote a piece on the name today mentioning the recent order and a previous share high of 650p fyi. I would imagine it will attract a few other new entrants .

Since the TW tip the bid/offer has been so wide that buying has been difficult at 2p or under. There seem to be buyers in dips but what is with this bid/offer spread? I bought more today at 2p having waited two weeks for the offers to come in. 2.10/2.25 should be more than enough.

D) Take partial profit .
E) Sell your entire holding.
F) Don't do anything but watch when the ramp runs out.
