I would imagine that at least 20 percent of the May placing shares (50mm at 4p) will get sold into this rally so there are natural sellers as well as buyers. The SP will settle at a level on this supply regardless of the constant ramping . IMO we need the third stage and beyond to ensure a further breakout so comparisons with other COVID pharma names are irrelevant until they have a product that’s in demand.

They did a 4p placing only three months ago for £2m worth of shares..

eshaitan. Am slowly adding as one of TW picks. Was trying to buy under 2p but ran out of patience. XTR , Skinbio, Jubilee and Altus also on his list.

The bid offer has been wide the last few days (15%) but I bought 800k at 2.045 yesterday when the market was 1.95-2.25 . The trades are reflected as sales because the transactions were closer to the bid than the offer at time of trade.

If you held shares prior to the placing and bought more then this spike made sense to reduce a little. That's good for the SP as there will be less profit taking come the settlement date. Also some of the Institutional Money will be sticky as will some of the placing money. I don't expect a sudden rush now on the settlement date. The floor has become 7p I think.

There's not much chat on here today about all those sellers queuing up on new issue settlement date , "5p here we come'....do we have to wait until it starts tailing down a little?

There may be some sellers on 16th July, but most holders have shares prior to the new issue along with the new shares so have had plenty of opportunity to sell ahead of that date. I , for one , have held shares i bought at the previous placement at 10p a few years ago, added more at 3p and sold some in the spike between 8p and best 15p..although unhappy with the placement price (should have been 8p for smaller size), I reloaded some at the 5p level. If I wanted to (which I don't ) I could sell some of my old still at 8p plus today. Many are longer term holders and are happy to wait for the Government backing and production. Keep talking the share price down but it makes little difference what you type to investors.

If you have held existing shares up to the cutoff then take up the 3 percent at a 60 percent discount to the market. Given the £1mm cap, I doubt you will get any extra shares you put in for however.

Now we are closer to 6p we can see buyers hoovering up shares they didn't get allocated (scaled back) and anyone who sold the spike yesterday can get back in 40% lower. 6.3p trading now.

If you held shares and bought some in the placing , you can obviously still sell some of your old shares that you have held for years. That’s not forward selling ...

This only confirms the company would have been better off doing an oversubscribed £12-15mm deal at 7p rather than £20mm at 5p. Too many scaled back so creating demand now but this could have been done at much less of a discount. I understand some big institutions ought so may have dictated the pricing but the company should have played hardball.

No appetite for shares above 5p? What about the people who got scaled back in this placing? They will try and buy the slack.

There seems to be a decent appetite for this placing so all bids may not get filled in full size. I would imagine we trade close to issuance level briefly and the unfilled orders try and scoop up slack in the secondary market so the market pushes up 1-2p higher depending on issuance Price. I have been in since the 10p issuance and will add tomorrow.

However Europe will seize gold assets held by private individuals whilst turning their bond markets to perpetual maturities so Bond markets collapse, Bitcoin trading gets restricted, your Infinity price equates to 3,000 maybe...U.S Stock markets will soar because there is no where else to put your cash.

They wanted to raise £1.5mm and would have done but for a botched RNS. What makes you so certain that they won't issue as soon as they can/are allowed? Nothing has gone away and the SP is the same as it was before the placing. Wait a few months and buy the discounted new raise when it happens. If the SP moves up above 1.5p then maybe you risk a raise at 1p but you won't miss out on much in any case.

Just back to where we were trading last Wednesday .I actually top sliced some at 9p, 10p and 14p so happy to get the chance to potentially add back below over the next week . This share has been de-risked with the Government potential backing and news flow so just a wild ride.

The company will raise as soon as they can at a discounted rate as before . The spike on Friday was a great selling opportunity as temporary shorts got squeezed. 0.40 to 1.75 in a few days. Nuts. I like the medium term prospects here but will wait to get in on a placing .

Worry less about individual trades and market makers , spread and daily volume. Try and pick medium to long term winners and try and buy the real dips . VLS has seen great buying opportunities at almost 2p recently and spikes above 15p last week. Sub 10p this looks to be one of the eventual winners on AIM .
