Impecunious- you’re right about speed of drilling for GGP Haverion, but GGP also had their fair share of problems prior to newcrest. Plus, Newcrest speed and hurry on drilling was driven by their Tefler mine nearing its useful life, so they were keen to extend the life of Tefler operations though gold from Haverion.

Anyway, phase 2 here should see a huge increase in activity, and a significant uplift in OMI SP. significant means multibagger from here, not merely 4/5p rise.

Chicken - amazing how these results don’t get more attention. 60m at 10g/t, 24m at 17g/t, and whilst the 0.4m at 948g/t is tiny width, it shows gold is down there in abundance.

It should have never dropped that low in the first place. I kept buying at 9/10p a few months ago, convinced it would not drop further….it did! But honestly, never feared I’d make a loss here as there is plenty going on and OMI is in a strong position with plenty of cash and costs of Colombian drilling covered by majors. Entering phase 2 will be a huge huge catalyst for our share price.

Come on OMI, you’re way too undervalued given what’s on its way. Give us 15p minimum by end of week

This should be mid teens at a minimum. 100% upside within weeks in my view. Medium term way more than that. I’m quietly holding my holding here and no rush to sell at stupid prices like this

There is no satisfying some chickenlegs. It’s great news and it’s slowly moving towards a big rerate. Next few months will be great here.
