The share trades at the moment are showing a deal at 9.75 and many more at 10.245.
By moving the spread to 10- 10.5, (from 9.5-10.5) the mid point becomes 10.25, and all those deals at 10.245 are then described as sells rather than buys and are then shown in red rather than blue.
I have no idea if this is trickery or just coincidence, but it appears to be a good example of why it is best not to take share trades at face value.

1.From the last set of published annual accounts
"The total number of employees as at 31 December2019 (including Directors not paid via payroll) was 4 "
Were the 4 as follows?
Myles Kitcher, Non-Executive Director
James Greenstreet, Non-ExecutiveDirector
Brent Fitzpatrick, Non-ExecutiveDirector
Dr Cameron Davies (now replaced by Tim Yeo) Non-ExecutiveChairman
So did the company at the date of its last published accounts have one executive director, 4 non execs and no other employees? Is that one executive officer about to go onto a consultancy basis? Can all the IP be conserved by the Non Execs?

2.Much hope rests on an order for Konin in Poland.
The Polish outfit appears to comprise 3 people. Two Polish? owners and one who advises the other two. They have a website which (is in English! why English do you think? ) states if funding from EU funds is forthcoming, they may order 10 units from PHE. That one advisor and his family own 26% of PHE's shares. He undoubtedly would hope that PHE can announce orders. Who was it who drew our attention to this potential on this BB ?
And has there been an RNS?

The Cornish Metals Pre IPO presentation states:-

Cornish Lithium has the right to explore Cornish Metals’ mineral right areas for lithium-in-brine & geothermal energy. Cornish Metals has a 25% free carried interest on the first project advanced to completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study within its mineral right areas, and a 10% free carried interest on all subsequent projects advanced to completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study.
Cornish Metals will receive a 2% Gross Revenue Royalty on all metals produced from brines or geothermal energy produced from within its mineral right areas.
From January 2017, Cornish Metals benefits from annual cash / share issuances from Cornish Lithium of US$50K per year in years 1-5, US$100K per year in years 5 –10, US$500K per year from year 10, and US$1,000K per year from year 15.

De-rampers out in force. I think there are some market makers trying to get the price down so they can fill in short positions.
They probably thought there would be a lot of loose holders who got shares in the placing who would want to sell to make a quick buck. The share is not widely known about yet, so the idea a potential investor is trying to get the share price down before investing I think is unlikely. It is actually a good sign because it shows they need stock.
The IPO team tried to pick LTH's for the placing shares but inevitably there will be some who flip. If there are not enough who do so, the MMs will be short of shares. Hence the attempts at de-ramping. Worth making a note of the names of the de-rampers for the future.

To satisfy the local content requirements for Export of cars from the UK to the EU, the UK has to move fast to produce copper, tin, Lithium, provide smelting facilities and then produce batteries.
The various parts of the vertical chain, need to be addressed now all at once, not in series as might happen in a market led situation. Governments have introduced a deadline so Governments must now facilitate the meeting of that deadline by adopting a vaccine procurement type approach.
We need to persuade the Government to provide funding to speed up the production of Copper, Tin and Lithium, to provide sites /permission /power for smelting activity, and provide sites and possibly ECGD finance for the building of the battery factories that are then needed. This all has to be done in about 3 years. A tall order. Please contact your MP and ask them to push for these measures . There are 800,000 jobs dependent on car manufacturing in this country. We must do what we can to protect it and grow it.
