You have a strange way, you ask someone to "move on" then ask sensible questions. From you response it appears you just wish to waste time, which is a shame - I thought you had something sensible to discuss. I have been told to push off by others too, and I have spent less time following the board as a result. Perhaps I have missed answers to one or two queries I have posed, because I certainly do not think I now know for example why Peel did not fund the speeding up of Protos and perhaps forced PHE into its placing. Anyway you have had your rather unappealing way, so I am filtering you out.

So perhaps a £1m-£2m pa to start with , but with potential to build in year 2 and 3.
On a build cost of £15m incl site, plastic prep, hydrogen making/collection.

Ans . Hopefully lots of interest, but no idea on order numbers. Depends on who else is there and what their offering is. Best not to assume any at this stage

Ans. I did not have an expectation for when Protos would be up and running, but I had thought that Peel would want to see it ASAP, but for whatever reason, they left it to PHE to fund it and and bring forward parts ordering.

Dave ?What will be the share price before Protos going live?.
Ans Assuming Protos commences in Spring next year there will have been a lot of time for other deals to come through. If they do, I would expect the share price to respond positively assuming a licencing model. If orders havn't done so by then I would expect the share price to have drifted off with investors wary of another capital raise.

SW'er, CornishKnocker and Lupidog, I am with you about the prospects and market backdrop. What many posters will not know is how many tin/copper mines /potential mines are in a near shovel ready state to re-start production or could be started in a year or two's time. Do you have any links to that sort of information?
If we can both make the case for SML and CUSN, AND show that there is little potential capacity elsewhere in the world to come on stream we will have an even more powerful investment case.

If the BoD do not own/control a significant percentage of shares then they are vulnerable to shareholders getting together to organise a change. Do you know who the major shareholders are and whether they agree with you?

What does the agreement signal about the 98.5% x 75% of NSR left ? It signals a hug value to my way of thinking .

Great posts Southwesterner yesterday. I think you will also soon be attributing some value to the 25% FCI in CL. The Lithium price is up 47% so far this year. The summary of that agreement is as follows:-
Lithium exposure through Cornish Lithium
Cornish Lithium has the right to explore Cornish Metals’ mineral right areas for lithium-in-brine & geothermal energy. Cornish Metals has a 25% free carried interest on the first project advanced to completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study within its mineral right areas, and a 10% free carried interest on all subsequent projects advanced to completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study.
Cornish Metals will receive a 2% Gross Revenue Royalty on all metals produced from brines or geothermal energy produced from within its mineral right areas.
From January 2017, Cornish Metals benefits from annual cash / share issuances from Cornish Lithium of US$50K per year in years 1-5, US$100K per year in years 5 –10, US$500K per year from year 10, and US$1,000K per year from year 15.

I think it will take more +ve news flow or a bid to get more upside in the share price. Possible, but we have had a five fold rise in the last 12 months.

DAve_1 I qualify under the criteria you list. And as for the statement you say I have made, Not so, I have tried to avoid making any comment as to my own buying or selling. Its my business. Others may have stated what they think my position, motivation or inclination buy sell are, but that is their conjecture..................No protocol broken................

More convenient than what? I am sorry I do not understand your point. My understanding is that PHE;s USP is how it deals with non recyclable plastic waste. A process no-one else is said to have mastered perhaps. The recyclable waste can be reused and is therefore recycled rather than gasified.
My point was, does PHE's unique USP / system add any or sufficient extra value, compared to gasifying all plastic waste without sorting? I thought it would have to offer at least a 500k per annum saving for its use to be justified.

What is my game? My game is to have a frank and open discussion as to the merits or otherwise of PHE as an investment, which frankly is one purpose of these discussion boards.

I agree it is nice to have a forum where everyone is of the same mind and has the same exposure to an investment. It gives a club atmosphere. Very convivial. Pleasant. I don't want to spoil that. But I do want to have an open and frank discussion where I, we, all can exchange views and learn from our exchanges. If that does not appeal, then please filter me out. I shall endeavour to use language which will not be offensive, but if I get impolite responses I shall be robust in defending my position and use the filter.

Kenny 15.36 and 16.10 Does PHE have a registered world patent?
My understanding is that it does not have a patent (please correct me if I m wrong) and is resisting applying for one as it would in the patent application process have to disclose its IP to all comers. That might result in copying, which would necessitate expensive legal action or letting the copier get away with it, which would mean PHE would have lost its USP in one or more jurisdictions.
If PHE can get its DMG process down the cost curve that would be another way of seeing off competition, but PHE is not in the business of ordering large numbers of parts for hundreds of DMGs, as licencing is its strategy.

Lovejoy Why put a time frame on it? Does the discussion detract from your purpose in some way? If it is a waste of your time, please just filter my comments out. It is entirely your choice. But please do not try to deter others from discussing the positives and negatives of this share. If DR A does not wish to debate I am sure he is quite capable of writing as much.

That is a positive conclusion and suggests that PHE may have a USP and therefore be worth billions.

But is PHE's "answer"or USP needed? Is the effort of sorting recyclable plastic from non recyclable plastic worth the effort and cost?
Is it not easier to gasify all waste and produce more hydrogen etc without having the extra and special process? If so, then many other gasifiers can and will do it and will not have to pay £500k per annum for the privilege of using the IP.
If for economic reasons or because of legislation, sorting HAS to be carried out, then PHE may have its USP.
I am not aware of any legislation requiring this sorting, i.e. gasifying one type of plastic rather than all plastic, or plans to bring in such legislation.
Re the costs/profit/loss of gasifying just non recyclable waste versus gasifying all waste, I doubt if even PHE know that yet, and will probably only know for sure when a DMG is up and running., but we do know that using PHE's method does cost £500k pa per unit more.
