But whether or not the BoD are privvy or indeed agreeing with this? It makes me wonder why certain decisions taken by them, were in THEIR best interests or the Co's?

Got burnt on Afren and Gkp (due to imo bad BoD decisions) although clawed some back via UKOG and others, but it just seems, AIM has gotten worse and worse and the more I delve the more I dont like it...

And yes before some comical person comments, I will be getting out, once Val and few others either Boom or Bust, it will then be back to alternative but more stable investments, AWAY from Aim...
