Actually tend to agree, if no placing by 4.30 today, then deal must be imminent, as last lot of funds must be running out and so, they must know they do not need it.... so taking time to get it right... TFI Friday, followed by Terrifffic Tuesday :)

Its the Co, stand that Dilly was on during the Boston Conference week, they seek out prospective purchaser's for a FEE (shares in co or cash) guessing that is what Val want them to do and with Usa patent now done, stands to reason could well be a US Co? Cant see it being EU possibly Asia ? Who knows until they tell us ?

some of them did bring knowledge to the party and yes got paid for it? but all we have done is put a few quid in for a few quid out.... trouble is (and what irks many) is they (the BoD) get paid each month, where as MOST investors have just got losses.... for what faith patience trust....
