perhaps you should actually read rns.... it states partners "plural" but then it could be a "different" partner for each compound ? hence negotiations taking longer? one may want lung, another prostrate another breast etc ?

when you are talking these types of cures, may be it is being "separated" for maximum revenue for each trial ?

I think if the sentence, external partners will have substantial imput in to the phase three trials starting in the new year, had had FINANCIAL input, into the phase three trials, this BB would be silent or buzzing positively?

Care to re-issue the Rns and re-word the sentence VAL ?
