As for this Co's sp, my theory (and it is only MY theory) is there is an offer or more than one, on the table and the BoD are trying the old Oliver trick of asking for more... and not until they have to state something, will they.

So, best guess on when cash is running low, and then maybe some good news that raises and holds the sp...

hmrc estimates on everyone... you know that as well as I and usually OVER estimates... but whatever, you plod on :)

until you agree on which parties offer to accept, (which will be at an agreed figure) you cannot distort the sp, to jeopardise that figure, especially if there are NDA agreements in place.

however, once a decision is made, then to assist said new party, and increase the share price, I would expect them to shout it from the rooftops, which quite frankly, I like to think, that situation is not far away... but as I keep saying until the BoD actually confirm this, we stay in limbo land...

really for a Maths Prof, you need to reconsider your statement.... irrespective of what sp is doing and quite frankly no one actually knows, what it will do, or indeed what the company will do? Although many like to guess....

People are still buying and so quite simply that statement is wrong ?

I am not so sure it is shying away, more so, playing there hand... if they have SIX interested parties and they want the best they can get, as we would and do the same?

Then, maybe it is a case of taking it to the wire, before decisions are made... in that lets say they did get 1.15 from previous Sept cash raise and a further 500k in tax credits, assuming as many do, the monthly cash burn is around or a little over 200k? then 1.65 mil should last (ish) 8 months max...

Sept oct nov dec jan feb mar (april maybe) meaning first quarter of 2019 is probably the end game, raise no matter the consequences or release info of the talks...

Now whether or not they will run it that close, who knows?

all I know is if I were in my 60's & 70's as some of the BoD are and I wanted the recognition of the work I have done, then providing the offer, was good enough to cash all my options in, for a sensible lump sum and a monthly retainer/bonus, to ensure I benefited when compounds go commercial?

I would be taking the money and enjoying myself!
