Re 10k, that is around 1,3 mil shares? (correct me if Im wrong) add that to what it shows it Director holds in the Directors holdings section of Lse and then factor in all the options they have available? If and I say IF, an offer came in, and allowed them to take up all those options and the add in their actual holdings... even at say 50 pence a share? Would amount to a serious amount of money... not counting any personal terms, they negotiate ?

Now if it were say an American offer, (it could be anywhere) but lets say Usa for now, even a dollar would only just equate out to the 79p ish previous highpoint, meaning a value of around 500 mil... and we all know the markets these compounds are competing for, are multi Billion dollar markets...

So, stands to reason, 1/2 bil up front at approx 1 dollar a share, isnt bad at all ? And most would walk away relatively unscathed and some indeed would make fortunes?

As cannot see any Pharma, who did the T/O sitting on their laurels, they would push it through and take which ever to market asap... very optimistic I know, but, hey better than all the doom gloom on here daily.

All the talk of Val closing and compounds going for a song... So, wouldnt the Patents issued in Valirx's name go up the swannee as well ?

That having said, as for a t/o price...assuming 201 is on track and 401 surprises us and with 301 and 101, chucked in as extra's, surely would pose an interesting question, as to commercial value?
