BoD, you invest on info, of the presentations, the statements, the video's all of BoD, the rns's and general info put out there, IF ITS ALL TOTAL BULLSHIT and nothing comes to fruition, then Id say a resounding BOARD OF DIRECTORS are to blame, compiled by the poor financials, again deliberate imo, so someone gains and just as the current deals have been done.... someone will gain, just not PI's or LTH's and all the time 3k a week whilst we wait on them!

infact it states (on google) that if a Co's end of financial year is after Oct 2007, then an agm is no longer needed with a ltd co? but if before, it is usually 12 months, but can be stretched as far as 15 months?

so with current finance in place... we could be waiting, well.... until the money runs out again before anything?
