why are the directors, ALL the directors, not putting THEIR money, where their Science and MOUTHS are ?

min 250,000 per director and 50% salary cut, until this is a commercial point! then reward themselves,

why does every one who doesnt hold want those that do to sell for pittance!

is it a ploy because something good is coming! or just bad blood because they are out?

I think ALL who are complicit to the poor management of Co & who have taken, salaries fees bonuses for such incompetence, should be held accountable!

Shareholders best interests is proved and it looks likely it can be... surely FCA will now get involved ?

Many of us have not and no one wants a total loss!

I would say we need a NED on Board who is kept in loop of ALL data, deals, finance arrangements, expenditure, salary, expenses, PR, etc etc who can advise investors and shareholders, how things are going on a regular basis?

To allow confidence back in, in that, the BoD are not going to do any more idiotic deals and that all funds are wisely used?

As the saying goes, if you give a BoD to much rope, they tend to hang themselves, time to shorten the rope!!!

of course it wouldnt matter if great news was released, say "mega deal" and sp was a quid lol ? well stranger things can happen...

The best way imo is for EVERYONE to attend the agm, no excuses!

From Scotland to London hours flight Easyjet £60 ish ireland same, maybe £100, infact most major city airports are less than a one-er, that or come dow by car and share...

Because if you are there, you can hear for yourself, what is said, no Chinese whispers, also ask a question? and VOTE for what you feel is correct!

Why be fobbed off again, sure I can vote on people's behalf's, but it means getting proxy letters and with time scales, unless everyone is quick off mark, it could be to late?

For the sake of ONE day, and a little bit of cost, (compare it to current losses) YOU and EVERYONE could make a difference to the direction of the Co, what happens from there on... Sitting at home behind a keyboard, will get us nowhere, the BoD rely on this!

maybe now is the time to eat a huge slice of humble pie (admit, I was wrong!) and start to show us what we really have, how it can be turned into a practical valuable commercial assert, and no more smoke and mirrors bullshit!

Then quite simply, why dont the BoD all buy into the Co.... there must be a way / opportunity for them to do this, now 401 is segregated?

I mean according to them, it bloody works! so why not put their money where their bloody mouths are! and bloody show some faith in their compounds, their science and their data... is it really to much to ask? Notwithstanding the effect it would have on sentiment? and sp recovery???????
