if they sold the 16 carat at 78000, and this is 26 carats, e all know the size of a single diamond increases exponentially...

ie A one carat in jewellers, around 6-8k a two carat, around 20-24k, a three carat, around 36-50k

So im thinking this could attract 200/250k + for 26 carat one ? All guesswork, but if anything could be higher?

Notice includes resolutions to...

1. Recieve the annual report and accounts
2. Re-appoint Kevin Alexander as a director
3. Re-appoint the auditors
4. Set the auditors renumeration
5. Provide authority to allot share capital
6. provide authority to dis-apply statutory pre-emption rights

Directors have stated in the notice their intention to use a portion of the authority granted under resolution 5 above to facilitate at an appropriate time, an open offer expected to be 2 new shares for every existing 10 shares held

As announced on 31st May Company is in advanced discussions (seems its always advanced discussions, but never concluded very quickly ie LOI) to terminate entire subscription and convert into convertible bonds (the new facility) these new terms are subject to negotiation and no definite documents have yet been entered into?

Company will advise shareholders in due course, which like the current deal, is expected to oblige the shareholder authorities required to enter such a new facility? THE COMPANIES WORKING CAPITAL POSITION (because the BoD pay themselves imo to much at present and in the past again imo) on new funds being made available?

The Company anticipates that the Investor will provide it with additional funds in the mean time, until under existing shareholder authorities, which will be used to drive its clinical and pre clinical assets to completion?

And no doubt some rises and bonuses, for the Bod for 2019 (because they are doing such a fab job), of crystallising shareholder value!!! imo... JOKE

This will be done under a separate General Meeting at a later date and to be advised or if wanting exacts, then log on and read it for yourself !
