I have logged in SIX times to old site, and be knocked back out, forcing a new log in each time... Then add to that you want MORE money for the new beta site, for services that are given here free and the out of date sp's value,s the share sells that are buys instead of sells and vice versa... time to PULL YOUR SOCKS UP imo

The core service on here, when it works is fine... but the trouble is, it is more temperamental each month...

1. Who were brokers at time of ascent to 70+ pence?
2. Who would have been responsible for appointing said broker?
3. Would that decision in point 2, been in shareholders & Companies best interests?
4. In your opinion would such a choice have been classed as incompetence? Knowing the sort of financial experience several BoD post they have?

BUT.... IF the main two directors had say taken ONLY 50% salary from day one.... there would still be around 1.5 mil in coffers (imo)

and if taken ONLY 66% salary from day one, there would still be around 1 mil in coffers (imo)

and that does not count any Bonuses, that have been paid... for what ever reason ?

Cash is hard to raise but easy to spend... any CEO should know this as well as the saying turnover is vanity and profit is sanity !!!

Surely a loan to the Co, whether closed or not, TO HELP IT to conclusion, would not be against any rules, infact to help it survive??? Interest free and recoverable, once sp and m cap, are of sufficient standing to allow it to be recovered ?

Same with salary and bonues, why take bonuses, when you A: have no commercial income, B: Have to borrow to pay yourself the bonus? Surely that is NOT in the Companies or Shareholders best interests... and certainly not the SP's

Not a bad idea Fred... maybe Valirx CEO and COO and indeed others, might like to consider, making a NON dilutive cash donation into Val and reduce / freeze their salaries / bonuses... ahead of AGM to show willing!!!

That or, deliver the info/data, that actually shows investors inc 2nd hand shareholders, some VALue for their investment, rather constant DeVALuation of sp ?
