Now that...14 Jun 2019 09:44
this cash has been raised, it means that the Co, will survive at least until the Agm and probably further?
So, I ask why quit now, losses are horrendous for most, infact you could say, that the BoD have no demonstrated time and again that they are not acting in the Companies or Shareholders best interests (imo)
That having said, the Company is still going and so as shareholders, (even secondhand ones, as some of us are described as) ATTEND THE AGM, EN MASSE, I firmly believe our voting power, would outweigh that of the BoD and their financiers ? With 900 million shares, mostly in PI's hands, if say a hundred made the effort and turned up?
IT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE... as the few (four dozen plus) who responded to my pledge request, could total 70 mil plus, with many between 100 and 500k, but, some in the multi millions, what would that do to any vote that PI's were not happy with, it would affect it!
London is not that far, and easily accessible from all areas of uk, a cheap flight, train or even coach ride? Maybe if some PI's are known to each other, why not car share! Its one day, arrive listen ask questions and vote accordingly.
I understand last Agm was held at Valirx, why then this one at their solicitors.... they are worried! imo or they dont have a big enough room for the anticipated turnout! You have paper losses, so what is another couple hundred quid, maybe make a day of it and see the sights afterwards... But if you dont attend and dont vote, you will only say to yourselves... what if!!!
IF the compounds work, IF they had not taken so many bonuses and pay rises, IF only a Pharma was/is interested...
IF only I had made the effort !!!
Apply to broker for permission to attend, 11am 28th June at DA Beachcroft 25 Walbrook London EC4, but please check details on the link YOUR broker will provide when you apply.... See You There... Hopefully
More the Merrier (for us) :) All the best VJ
