Not necessarily, yes could be a little down, but there really is no good reason, other than the BoD issuing a clarifying statement for dhsc situation and the path forward... the accounts delay is also a factor.. but IMO the mm's and shorts have had no counters and so, again IMO we will hit 3 before we hit 6 and I will still be here, incase anyone thinks otherwise.
Situation needs sorting and sooner rather than later and frankly if accounts are ok, why delay?

Agree, with you, just making point that significant info is supposed to be rns'd as soon as practically possible, not to suit... :) Lets hope the next rns, creates a nice burning smell :)
