Invited? as I understand it, if you HOLD shares, you are allowed to go, you just need to get a letter from your broker, who informs them, you are intending, there is no, pick and choose by the BoD ?

Anyone as I understand it, can apply to be part of the online seminar on 7th July and ask relevant questions to the BOD, I would guess SP decline and Dhsc dispute, would be far outweigh any forward progress, because DESPITE them, telling us about what is happening, it is NOT reversing the sp decline, and hence it should NOW be a priority to address BOTH issues, to some degree at least? ANY CEO/BOD are supposed to look after the SHAREHOLDERS best interest.... Personally, with this latest fall back to mid 320's I dont feel as if they have my or any other shareholders best interests at heart? In addition I just think the Gov have perhaps spent in the wrong direction with Innova and many will have had (I think I shall we call them discreet thankyou's) and it is a little difficult, to do the right thing, even if they wanted! But it does need to change or heads need to roll! All imo - dyor - THIS SHARE IS UNDERVALUED IMO

I was always under the impression, that if a Co, has "SP Affecting" information (good or bad) it HAS to be RNS'd at the earliest possible time? Not sat on, because it doesnt suit there current need?

Fwiw, what IF, they (whom ever they are, ie II’s Hedge Funds even BoD) want OI’s out & them in, obviously they thought most would cash in at 12 plus, but no, many held & added, so now, its take it down, stifle every RNS, & use DHSC dispute to justify it!
Now call me cynical, but it wasnt “flowered up” it was blunt & imo poss deliberate! & so here we are! Now, if you used cash you are in no hurry for, no real issue (if you believe in long term) but! if you used needed cash or even maybe needed cash & you see it keep reducing, well that is the strategy to out many? All imo, just another view, but… Until Dhsc is resolved we wont know! Or BoD just come out n say it! Patience Resolve & Caution! are needed!

From the outset, today, I would say this has been very distorted to "suggest" no interest, personally I feel nothing could be further from the truth and these are "wanted" shares, but instead of paying fair price, there is an attempt to wear down the weary LTH's (especially those seriously underwater) and steal them! # Patience&Resolve and lets see what this latest info does when the sales start affecting Nova's sales figures! all imo

The flip side to this of course is no matter what amount it finally turns out to be, if returned unusable stock, I would guess it becomes a tax write off? And hence, used against any taxes and indeed vat due, if already paid? So, every cloud has a silver lining! I mean look at Amazon they would not be throwing away/destroying millions of pounds of stock, unless there were a benefit to them! So, not really all doomy and gloomy, with dhsc imo - dyor ?

If most dont sell and hold, then only a few day traders taking 10/20% arent going to set sp alight, but.... the longer this goes on, with more news and more news and eventually a dhsc resolution, then a certain bunch will be very stuck indeed! So, slowly slowly catch those monkies :) lol

Popped back to see how sp was fairing....

I would suggest that many would have perhaps sold around 415 on the rise and perhaps said they sold at 330 ish to appear plausible, when in actual fact they trade rather than long term hold (well maybe a few just in case)

But which ever, I find, if someone wants to state something, they normally do it themselves, if they dont, it is because they dont want to... it is soooo easier to set up another account, why wouldnt they? Dont let anyone tell you any different!
