just a thought if AZ wanted to hire someone, say sales director? I would guess the salary package would be far greater than nova? but if nova recruited first, then got taken over? cheap sp, saving on salesforce costs, boom dhsc resolved, & bargain for AZ & huge bonuses for BoD & pi’s removed for say 6or7 quid instead of 15or20?
