It is so difficult on here to find reasoned, rational statements amidst the histrionics and the crow-barring in of arguments to make people feel better for their own often ill-judged decisions.

Twitter speculation, price of oil, the markets in general, Christmas bounce, christmas slump, big seller off-loading, big buyer negotiating a price that they want, MM games, Storm Deirdre, Brexit, Hard brexit, soft brexit, no brexit etc etc etc

Let the company do what it has to do and we would all be best advised to remain calm, make a cuppa and stop trying to play the markets when others are so much better at it and armed with the tools to make their moves way before any of us plums can.

Assuming everyone on here is committed to the long term aims of our company, all we have in our armoury that is of any use is patience. If we don't believe in the company? There really is only one option.

My apologies Alan - it was a clumsily typed general point.

The compelling reason for me to buy in here were the "from the horses mouth" confirmations that we were way ahead of the curve in the weald compared to other.

For the record I have no idea of who he/she is until reading their posts today.

I'm a happy holder but always nervous about what's round the corner in the bandit-country that AIM can be, that's all.

I'm minded to agree with DHC - Alan's analysis over the last few months has been excellent but there is no denying that stuff can still go wobbly as a result of sticking the drill bit into the ground.

I have enjoyed the cogent analysis and counter-arguments and tend to ignore the "25p by lunch-time" pronouncements these days based on past negative experiences as well as a more grown-up view on things - even keel and all that rather than the stress inducing schizophrenia found at the extreme end of things ( doom-monger end and happy-clappy).

Things look VERY positive here and Vonk and team appear to be doing everything correctly and minimising risk as much as is within their power but being cogniscent (spelling?) of the risks prevents me from being too cavalier, particularly on an AIM stock.

Would be nice to not hyperventilate when an update appears in my inbox and read an RNS through my fingers juuuust in case!
