I can't help the efficiency of my timing over yours but it does go some way to explaining your apparent ANGS(t).

Have a great day and don't fixate on the minutiae such as daily trades (buys or sells? Does it matter if your over-arching strategy is to stick?) or Paul Vonk not respecting your long-held investment here.

Fixating on individual trades or making assumptions about when updates should be incoming to suit your circumstances is a complete waste of time and energy.

You either believe in your investment, the asset and the roadmap to glory...

Or you don't.

I'm sure that the team and the BOD know that bulletin boards are mainly populated by people with agendas and / or narcissists in the main so they will consider messages to be predominantly drivel-based...

They are ALWAYS looking to tree shake. Today they had the perfect excuse. Feeding off manufactured uncertainty.

Either you are confident in your investment and the day to day machinations don't matter or you're titting about looking for constant ticks up and 10% - The danger with that approach is that you bail too soon before we really motor as well as attracting people on here who have no interest whatsoever in the company and causing BB carnage as we all get distracted by he said/she said arguments.

Always struck by how many apparent investors are constantly looking at individual trades or the odd tick-up to make themselves feel better.

gkb - "they" don't want you to "think" anything.

The only reason that trades appear as red or blue is entirely based on the mid price of the spread at the very moment that the trade takes place.

If it happens to be below the mid price it will be red. If above it's blue.

That's all there is to it.

Why does it bother you in that case?

If this is how they always "behave" then we are all doomed aren't we as the company won't realise the true value WE have decided this is worth.

Which leaves us with no choice in that case - if it gets under our skin so much then for our own mental well-being we must find a way of detatching ourselves from the people causing this pain.

OR....

We have complete faith in our decision to INVEST and let the daily ups and downs happen without giving it any undue prominence.

MMs have done for decades and will continue to do this for decades more.

We have to be able to handle it and focus on our own targets.

Chambers - that means nothing. It's not worth commenting on individual trades if your strategy is to hold long term regardless. It would avoid accusations of ramping too - and you're not a ramper, are you? Or are you??

Big trades (and we have no factual information as to whether they are big buys or sells by the way) are not worth fixating over. 99 times out of 100 they don't move the share price here. It might create a tick up but it's like accelerating on ice in 4th gear. You rarely get traction and it slips back.

Investor or ramper? You can't have it both ways.

All a bit pointless to be glued to the trades when you step back and think about it, logically.

And we could also do with apparent long term holders not getting giddy and making a big deal over big individual trades as it makes them look short-termist too - and it fuels the de-rampers to respond in kind.

There is no certainty whether these are 100% buys or sells and, besides, a single trade never moves the SP so it's a pointless act IMO

You can't build a business around gambling when the price of oil will be favourable - there are too many external variables to allow any logic to apply, so the "price is going down so it makes sense" argument is invalid in my view.

Vonk's sole focus is on concentrating on what he can control.

If the margins are still good at the lower end of expectations then anything else is a very nice bonus.
