Could be , but often very difficult to tell if these late reported trades are Buys or Sells .
I took a little position on the dip Monday .
I like the concept and the unfolding news flow .
I think there could be some serious rerate in the weeks / months ahead . Fingers crossed !

Totally agree mp ! Looks like the start of a serious recovery for SOU .
I held the shares last year , got bored and sold out .
Just goes to show , if you`ve done your research and are confident of the prospects , you`ve just got to be patient .
But , I would add a note of caution with AIM stocks in particular : remain alert , be flexible and never fall in love with any Company !

I would direct you to their Annual Report , 24th July 2019 .
A close study of the contents may provide answers to many of the questions raised on this site .
2019 was a watershed for INCE , it included the expansion of their business interests specifically in China .
Shipping became a major focus on revenue and they raised some 24 Million GBP to expand their interests and service the business costs . These events may explain in part the current low sp . It remains to be seen just how well this acquisition has performed and how impactful these structural developments will contribute to profitability into next year and beyond .
The current valuation has been affected by events of the previous year .
A strong report and forward looking statement should have a very positive effect on the sp .
Management are positive and bullish .

Sound analysis , but often valuations by Mr Market make sense only to Mr Market who makes them .
Perhaps the current morbid state of affairs has its roots in the recent placing .
I wouldn`t say always , but usually value wins out in the end , however it is impossible to see where the end is , especially in these current troubled conditions . There is also the Chinese connection which may be weighing .
Annual report last year 24th July , final divi last year 4p 30th July .
They were very bullish about future prospects in last year`s report , we can but hope they will deliver . ~~~ on time .
Some are no doubt nervous , perhaps timescales and impatience are an issue .

Hello SEA7 . I have also had similar experiences .
Those naughty MM`s are a secretive bunch , I have found that a good Broker can usually do a bit of digging and should be able to get you the best available price at the time you deal . Having said that , I believe that trades `Can` be delayed for up to a week , without contravening the rules or attracting attention from the regulator !
A WEEK ! Talk about a level playing field :))

When the MM`s mess about with Big trades , choosing to hide them by slipping them in between established parameters or through late reporting , you can never be sure what they are up to ! However there is often a big give away ; look at the general share price direction .
In this case my view is that they are trying to manage the upward progression without creating a stampede and at the same time facilitating buys (and possibly a few trading sells ) by their preferred brokers , in turn by preferred major clients .
Clearly news is on the horizon and positions are being taken / strengthened . Once the EGF is installed and the pipework connected , buying a decent stake at these sort of prices will be impossible - imo .
My hope is that PH will not be in too much of hurry to raise funds until there is a more solid base to the sp . However , a stronger balance sheet and development of the new field will likely create even more interest and support for the Company . By the time all that gets under way we `Should ` be selling a bit of Gas .
It`s all starting to get very interesting here ~ again !
