You are correct jb about me not posting but I could not resist sorry. A takeover price would require a discounted value put to future sales etc ie it would require buyer to over pay . Licensing resolves this with milestone payments and royalties so derisks the deal a bit. Let’s all just take a breath count in millions rather than billions and see what happens

We have nothing to do with Sierra apart from they have licensed a compound that we have an ownership share in there is no need to buy Sierra or sareum out as neither will be able to take compound to market so are looking to license
